Servicio: Prueba de maquillaje y peinado para novia
La cita empezó con la prueba de maquillaje. Desconozco si fue la técnica de la persona encargada de la prueba o los productos que se me aplicaron pero, al salir al jardín y ver el resultado en la luz exterior —porque me maquillaron en una habitación con poca iluminación—, no parecía un trabajo profesional.
Me dio la impresión de ser muy denso o de que tenía muchas capas, una suerte de máscara que sólo resaltó mis imperfecciones y que no lucía nada bien, nada estético, mucho menos el trabajo de un experto o de un establecimiento de expertos.
Le mencioné esa preocupación a la chica que me maquilló, así como que me daba la impresión de que el producto usado en mis labios no duraría mucho, pero no me ofreció algún tipo de solución o consejo.
Ya no quise continuar con la prueba de peinado.
Considero importante mencionar que tuve una sesión previa de asesoría de imagen incluida en el paquete que contraté.
Con base en ésta se me aconsejaría cómo maquillarme y peinarme para la boda, según se me ofreció, sin embargo no ví un vínculo entre ésta y la prueba; no se me sugirió nada con base en ello, ni en el tipo de vestido ni en el color del mismo, a pesar de que ese es uno de los grandes ‘plus’ que vende Saloto.
Finalmente, pienso que debo mencionar que al contratar se me dijo que la asesoría también le permitiría a Vargas y a Saloto orientarme sobre el tipo y color de vestido que más me favorecería, sin embargo, los resultados de esta sesión me llegaron mucho tiempo después de lo acordado —a pesar de que los solicité en varias ocasiones— por lo que no pude utilizarlos como base para hacer mi compra.
Lo que sí destaco es el servicio a cliente por parte de Alejandra, tras lo ocurrido no tuvimos problema en ponernos de acuerdo para hacer el reembolso; me atendió educada, responsable y rápidamente.

Service: Makeup and hairstyle test for bride
The date started with the makeup test. I do not know if it was the technique of the person in charge of the test or the products that were applied to me, but when I went out to the garden and saw the result in the outside light - because I was made up in a room with little lighting - it did not seem like a professional job. .
It gave me the impression of being very dense or that it had many layers, a kind of mask that only highlighted my imperfections and that did not look good at all, nothing aesthetic, much less the work of an expert or an expert establishment.
I mentioned that concern to the girl who did my makeup, as well as giving me the impression that the product used on my lips would not last long, but she did not offer me any kind of solution or advice.
I no longer wanted to continue with the hairstyle test.
I consider it important to mention that I had a previous image consulting session included in the package that I hired.
Based on this, I would be advised how to put on makeup and comb my hair for the wedding, as I was offered, however I did not see a link between it and the test; Nothing was suggested to me based on this, neither in the type of dress nor in its color, despite the fact that this is one of the great "pluses" that Saloto sells.
Finally, I think I should mention that when hiring I was told that the counseling would also allow Vargas and Saloto to guide me on the type and color of dress that would most suit me, however, the results of this session reached me a long time after agreed - even though I requested them on several occasions - so I could not use them as a basis for making my purchase.
What I do highlight is the customer service from Alejandra, after what happened we had no problem in agreeing to make the refund; She attended me politely, responsibly and quickly.
