Excellent food! This is my second time visiting this restaurant on a date night. And never a disappointment. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Had a fabulous dinner at Salterra last night. Wow! I think I just discovered my new favorite restaurant in Guadalajara. (I used to frequent Allium, Magno and Bruna.) I had the Peruvian ceviche as appetizer, then pork belly as the main course, followed by the Opera cake as dessert. The ceviche had the right amount of acidity, pork belly had crispy skin (had pork belly at Allium the night before and the skin was chewy), and the Opera cake was to die for. Service was exquisite as well. Manager Pepe is the friendliest and most helpful guy who speaks perfect English. I couldn't decide on the wine and Pepe gave me tasting of 3 different red wines. So generous! Bottom line, it was a scrumptious meal. I had a great time chatting with Pepe, and definitely I'll return. If you haven't tried Salterra yet, give it a shot. You won't regret it. I'm from San Francisco and I consider myself as a foodie. This restaurant does not pale in comparison to the restaurants in the Bay Area. Seriously!

Was excited to eat here after seeing all the great reviews, but was extremely disappointed. They didn’t have tacos, pork belly, or any fish… why open if you don’t have half the menu? We were the only diners on a Friday evening at 8:30p. Should have seen that as a red flag. Stars for a nice glass of wine and yummy grilled vegetables
