★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre y pedí opinión por Messenger xq vi una silla de traslado, y me intereso pedí datos para hacer el depósito, lo cual lo ise el dia 16 de septiembre, pidiendo información por Messenger, no respondían, hasta después, me comentaron que se habían atrasado los pedidos por los días festivos que fueron 15 y 16 de septiembre, volví a preguntar por silla me dijeron que en 5 días hábiles, pues estamos en fecha, 26 de septiembre y nada, mande msj por la misma vía, y me comentaron que tuvieron fallas en su sistema y no tenían información de mi compra, vuelvo a comunicarme con ellos y me dicen que hiban a buscar en el sistema para darme la guía y así darme cuenta de cómo va el pedido y la entrega, lo cual nunca mandaron, información de nada, ni de guía ni donde se encuentra mi silla, malísimo atención al cliente, y ellos como si no hubiera pasado nada, para los que tienen o quieren comprar algún aparato o silla, piénsenlo 2 veces, porque esta súper mal su atención al cliente, estoy arrepentido de haber comprado con ellos ??? NO LOS RECOMIENDO !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 17 de noviembre solicité el cambio de talla de un producto que compre y que no enviaron en la talla solicitada, argumentan que yo no indiqué la talla desde la compra en línea, pero en realidad no hay algún campo para llenarla, por lo que lo dejé en las observaciones y ellos no vieron las observaciones, en reiteradas ocasiones he hablado con ellos y me piden que yo pague el costo de la logística por este inconveniente, que cómo se comprenden no es mi responsabilidad. El día de ayer pudieron llevar el producto a sus instalar para hacer el cambio y resulta que la empresa no está ahí y que no he sido la única que los busca en esa dirección. Ya no me contestan el teléfono, pésimo servicio, si pueden evitar comprar aquí, háganlo, salgan corriendo porque no entregan lo que dicen que venden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio compre 15 cajas de parches oculares y me los enviaron caducados por mas de medio año y les hablo todos los días y para que me los cambien o hagan la devolución de mi dinero y solo me dicen que en un ratito.
Terrible service I bought 15 boxes of eye patches and they sent me expired for more than half a year and I talk to them every day and ask them to change them or make a refund of my money and they only tell me that in a little while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, los conocí por facobook y compré una silla de ruedas para paciente bariátrico, tenía siento temor de que fuera fraude pero me arriesgue y la verdad fue una excelente compra, me atendieron por Whatsapp y a los pocos minutos de hacer la transferencia me enviaron mi número de guía y llegó en perfecto estado y de muy buena calidad, posterior comple un kit de estero y bauma y muy buenos me encantaron. Sin duda recomendables

A la fecha 23 enero nada. Solo que su sistema de facturación lo tienen descompuesto. Son empresa con comportamiento fraudulento
