★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué la membresía y me removieron una caries y lo hicieron mal ya que antes de,no sentía dolor y después de eso sentí dolor y persistió hasta que tuve que ir con otra dentista porque ahí es pésimo el servicio.
I paid for membership and they removed a tooth decay and they did it badly because before, I didn't feel pain and after that I felt pain and it persisted until I had to go to another dentist because there is a lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agende cita personalmente la semana pasada para retomar mi tratamiento, nuevamente hoy por llamada telefónica me confirmaron la cita hoy 3 pm. Llegue y la persona en recepción al parecer nuevo y sin capacitación me negó la atención en mi horario de cita, le explique y este señor se reusó siquiera a revisar la agenda esto es una falta consideración con las personas que organizamos nuestro tiempo y agendamos con anticipación, me sorprende ya que siempre había encontrado organización y habilidad en esta clínica.
Por favor capaciten al personal nuevo en recepción para que sepa utilizar agenda y respetar citas.
I made an appointment in person last week to resume my treatment, again today by phone call I confirmed the appointment today 3 pm. I arrived and the person at the reception, apparently new and without training, denied me attention in my appointment time, I explained to him and this man refused to even review the agenda this is a lack of consideration with the people who organize our time and schedule in advance It amazes me as I have always found organization and skill in this clinic.
Please train new staff at the front desk to know how to use an agenda and keep appointments.
