★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erasmo es excelente!!! El plan de dieta que te da es súper fácil de entender, y se ajusta a tu horario dependiendo tu rutina diaria! Yo eh tenido problemas de ser responsable con lo que como por que me encanta lo dulce, pero el me dio opciones de cómo controlar mi ansiedad.
Lo más importante es empezar! Con la dieta que Erasmo me recomendó, también ayudó con mi presión arterial.
100% lo recomiendo!
