About Salud Digna
Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve buscando opciones para poder hacerme la prueba de COVID ya que tengo un viaje programado para el fin de semana y me decidí a marcar para saber precios, saber tiempos de entrega de resultados y poder programar mi cita pero resulta que la Srita que me contesto no quiso darme su nombre pero me atendió de una manera tan grosera que me envío a que toda esta información la podía obtener por internet, que si quería saber esto lo buscará en este medio y que no estuviera marcando. Realmente pareciera que no disfruta su trabajo y no sabe que es la cara del lugar y debe de atender y solucionar las dudas de los clientes. Pésima atención, cero recomendado tener personal así.

Terrible attention, zero recommended to have staff like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los estudios y sus precios son bastante accesibles, pero ya no sé puede hacer cita para estudios de laboratorio, tienes que hacer fila y son filas de aprox 1 hora por lo que tienes que cuidar el tiempo de ayuno. Por ese tiempo de espera es mejor hacer cita en el seguro. No hay acceso preferencial a embarazadas, solo a 3era edad y discapacidad.
The studies and their prices are quite accessible, but I no longer know how to make an appointment for laboratory studies, you have to queue and they are lines of approx 1 hour so you have to take care of the fasting time. For that waiting time it is better to make an appointment with the insurance. There is no preferential access to pregnant women, only to the elderly and disabled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en el área óptica propiciado por el mismo gerente del departamento. Tardaron bastante en atenderme para escoger armazón, aún cuando ya tenía visto cual escoger. Cuando me atendieron me comentaron que solo podía escoger pero que ya no podría comprar por la hora de cierre.
Regresé otro día para realizar la compra, tardaron 2 semanas en estar listos los lentes. Dos meses y medio después el armazón se cuartío logrando expulsar la mica. Acudí con mi comprobante para hacer válida la garantía de los 3 meses y el gerente no quizo hacerla válida, además exclamó que no tenía ya el modelo del armazón en existencia.

I came back another day to make the purchase, it took 2 weeks for the glasses to be ready. Two and a half months later the frame cracked, managing to expel the mica. I went with my receipt to validate the 3-month warranty and the manager did not want to validate it, he also exclaimed that he no longer had the model of the frame in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. If you are not fluent in Spanish do not bother. They do not even try to communicate. I went for an MRI. I have had other MRIs in the past so I know what to expect. The technician did nothing to try and make me comfortable which resulted in extreme pain and I needed to stop the scan before completion. I will not return to this location.
Edit....they told me to contact them in order to resolve the issue. I did and they took my information. They promised me a callback and emails. No one has contacted me. It is obvious they do not value their customers.
