About Salud Digna
Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vallan amigos hay dicen horario y todo y nunca abren ala hora que dicen el servicio es pésimo y luego cuánto por ejemplo yo compre unos lentes hay y según me los iban a tardar 1 semana y me los tardaron 4 en que me los dieran

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato es grosero desde las recepcionistas, hasta la médico que me realizó el ultrasonido y para acabarla los sanitarios asquerosos. Mi experiencia fue horrible.
The treatment is rude from the receptionists, to the doctor who performed the ultrasound and to finish it off, the disgusting toilets. My experience was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capaciten a su personal que contesta el teléfono, no es posible que llames y te cuelguen el teléfono, para eso están si no tienen paciencia para responder quédense en su casa a lavar los platos o que se yo. Pésimo su servicio ?
Train your staff to answer the phone, it's not possible for you to call and hang up the phone, that's what they're for if you don't have the patience to answer, stay at home to wash the dishes or whatever. Terrible your service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, de nada sirve agendar cita, te hacen esperar y su pretexto es que le dan prioridad a los que toman agua, ¿entonces a los que ayunan? ¿A los que tienen otras actividades y por eso agendan?.
Me hicieron esperar más de dos horas y media, y ni disculpas me pidieron.
Mejor vayan al chopo al menos ellos si respetan tus citas o incluso en otras clínicas te atienden mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te dan información de nada, preguntas y te dicen siéntese, después vez a otros pasar y resulta que tenías que pasar a caja a imprimir ticket para que te atiendan, según agendas cita, pero no sirve de nada ya que te pasan a la hora que van llegando e imprimiendo ticket, un fiasco!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal Tultitlán, av López Portillo, en general me he efectuado estudios varios y ah sido atención buena en cajas y estudios de laboratorio, en electro cardoo muy mediocre la atención, en el caso de ópticas la atención no es nada afable por parte de la encargada de óptica; los tiempos de entrega son muy exagerados más de 15 días, nefasto, no dan opciones de nada acudí hoy a las 6:20 pm para hacer la compra y la verdad la atención muy deficiente de la persona de óptica. Si necesito el servicio y me urge, pero tendré que ver en otros lugares.
