About Salud Digna
Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gente de caja, súper grosera y desorganizada, se ponen a platicar y no atienden, sus métodos de operación , malisimos, te tienen parado formado horas... Personas súper ineficientes.
Me pasé 40 minutos en sala de espera para un examen de vista y ni siquiera habían metido mi turno en caja 1. El peor de los servicios de verdad.
No vengan aqui!!!!!!!!!!!
En los reyes atienden súper bien.
The cashiers, super rude and disorganized, they start talking and don't answer, their operating methods are terrible, they keep you standing for hours... Super inefficient people.
I spent 40 minutes in the waiting room for an eye exam and they hadn't even put my shift in box 1. The worst service really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues es la segunda vez que voy y el técnico de ultrasonido que hoy 6 de abril estaba en el ultrasonido 4 muy mala servicio la verdad fue todo muy robotizado , me dijo que tengo menos semanas de embarazo de las que tengo realmente , y no midió bien el abdomen y las partes del cuerpo de mi bebe, también fue muy simple su servicio y no explico nada sinceramente dejo mucho que desear está bien que cobren poco pero la verdad tampoco es gratuito como para que no hagan bien su trabajo, otra cosa la señorita de recepción me cobró 180 cuando el costo del estudio es de 150 y fue por qué me metió la consulta de nutrición y la doctora también atiende muy mal me dijo que me faltan nutrientes basándose solamente en mi comida de ayer siendo que en mis estudios y con mi medico me dicen que estoy muy bien , no toman en cuenta que estoy embarazada y que el requerimiento calórico es diferente la verdad muy mala por esos tres elementos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi orden medica fue de varios estudios, el control que llevan es pésimo, asistí a ventanilla para que me asignarán cada uno, consulte a las personas de recepción varias veces antes de retirarme si estaban seguras que ya estaban realizados todos y afirmaron SI, ya puede retirarse, al llegar a recoger mis estudios me dicen que es mi responsabilidad el que no me realizaran el electrocardiograma, me mandan con otra chica de la misma recepción y ella dice ...la solución es le devolvemos su dinero, le pregunte! Que es lo que esta diciendo ? Si vengo, a solicitar estudios es porque los necesito, a lo que ella respondió le estoy dando una solución pésimo, pésimo. Dejo esta opinión y calificacion y no pienso perder más tiempo compartiendo más experiencias de en que clínica fue y blabla, porque quieren que la experiencia futura sea buena, pamplinas, fue primera y última vez, que vine a este sitio.

Se molestan porque preguntas cuándo te van a pasar. Es peor que estar en el Issste o en el Seguro Social. Y eso que pagué un servicio...
