About Salud Digna

Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.

Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.

En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

Mi esposa y yo acudimos a realizarnos examenes médicos de rutina. Aprovechamos para renovar lentes y mi esposa adquirió un estuche y un kit de limpieza que nos dijeron no tenían en existencia pero que nos darían cuando recogieramos los lentes una semana después y se dejaron pagados. Al recoger los lentes y pedir el estuche y el kit de limpieza, nos dijeron que ese se entregaba al pagarse y no con los lentes, lo que no fue así porque el día que lo solicitamos nos fijeron que no tenían. Al final fue la palabra de la dependienta contra la mía y no nos resolvieron nada... Nos quedamos sin estuche ni kit de limpieza que ya habíamos pagado. A la próxima ya sé que todo debe quedar por escrito... Hace una semana les habría puesto 5 estrellas, pero el fraude pesa mucho... Buen equipamiento, buen servicio.... PERO, mucho ojo con lo que pagan.... The facilities and equipment are first world. The service and attention, of the best ... BUT ... My wife and I went for routine medical exams. In the end it was the saleswoman's word against mine and they didn't solve anything for us ... We were left with no box or cleaning kit that we had already paid for. Next time I know that everything must be in writing ... A week ago I would have given them 5 stars, but the fraud weighs heavily ... Good equipment, good service .... BUT, a lot of eye on what they pay ....

I	Israel Ojeda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad tuve muy mala experiencia con sus servicios, te hacen esperar demasiado al realizar los ultrasonidos, piden que avises cuando te ande de la pipí y después te pasan a la hora que quieren.... no sé me hace justo que te hagan esperar cuando no hay ningún paciente delante de uno... de que les comente que ya estaba lista pasaron más de 20 minutos y repito no tenían ningún paciente se escuchaba el celular.... Ojalá tuvieran más pendiente en eso por que pues uno no puede aguantarse tanto el no hacer pipí... Pregunté y y me dijeron qué así es el sistema… Dejaron pasar a todos los que no tenían cita antes pero nos dijeron que es importante hacer cita ? De nada sirve sacar cita, tienes que llegar a hacer fila, y esperar a que terminen de atender a la fila de personas sin cita, ¡Un absurdo! Aunque pagues por internet, te obligan a pasar a cajas, y te hacen el mismo cuestionario que llenas por internet, una y otra vez. Una completa perdida de tiempo.
