About Salud Digna
Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que me atendió en el estudio, super grosera conmigo, una señora le hizo saber que estaban tardando en pasarlas aún con cita y le contesto muy grosera. En otra ocasión mi estudio salió erróneo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite una prueba de antígenos hoy a la 1 de la tarde, me comentaron que en 2 hrs me llegarían los resultados y no me llegaron en todo el día. El servicio de whatsapp no da respuestas y por teléfono los asesores me colgaron 4 veces cuando se supone que ya me darían el resultado.
I requested an antigen test today at 1 in the afternoon, they told me that the results would arrive in 2 hours and they did not arrive all day. The whatsapp service does not give answers and by phone the advisors hung up on me 4 times when they were supposed to give me the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existe un pésimo trato de parte de una de las personas, que permite el acceso, estoy esperando para una prueba de antigenos de Covid, SIN cita por que dijeron que si atiende también sin cita, pero tal pareciera que es delito no tener cita. Pasa a los citados apesar de que aún no es su hora de cita. Dicha persona se muestra muy molesta. Es una persona que mancha de manera horrible la imagen del lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en el área de óptica, mandé hacer mis lentes el día 27 de marzo me dieron fecha de entrega el día 10 de abril, fui el día lunes 11 a recoger y resulta que aún no estaban listos la señorita me aseguro que estarían para el día siguiente martes 12 de abril fui el día miércoles 13 de abril y me dijeron lo mismo, por lo que sugerí que me marcarán para avisarme cuando ya estuvieran listos y evitar estar dando y dando vueltas en vano,pero me aseguraron que el lunes 18 estarían sin falta volvía a acudir y me dijeron lo mismo por lo que pedí mi reembolso total, el subgerente me pidió paciencia para la entrega por qué se había atravesado la "semana santa" en cuanto mi fecha de entrega nunca fue en esos días, muy poca seriedad y compromiso por parte de las personas que trabajan ahí, hasta el día de hoy no me los han entregado.
