All the staff of the branch are poorly trained and totally unaware, nobody knows how to tell you what is happening and nobody does absolutely nothing to help speed up those long lines, even bringing APPOINTMENTS. Do not go to this branch, it is miserable and unworthy for the service they offer. MARIBEL ZEPEDA is the Manager of the place and she cannot even organize a queue or go down to check what is happening… AWFUL SERVICE Then I go into the PCR cubicle, 1 hour and 10 minutes later and Mrs. MARIBEL ZEPEDA attending the register and very angry that she does not have staff and that it is not her responsibility... and the woman is rude, I hope they hire them with more politeness.

I went to this worthy health branch for a covid antigen test, when I went there was not a long line to enter, I only had to stand in line to pay, since I made the appointment through the page. (I recommend you make the appointment so you don't wait too long). The service is good because they send you the results in an hour or less by email and WhatsApp. This branch does have a parking lot, which makes entry more comfortable and safer. The only bad thing was that the girl who gave me the test was very abrupt when doing it and compared to other tests it has been one of the worst.
