About Salud Digna Los Reyes La Paz
Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un laboratorio económico y muy bueno pero el tiempo de espera para cualquier análisis, estudio, radiografía, etc. Por lo general es largo aún que hayas sacado cita anteriormente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Sucursal Los reyes, el trato del personal de cajas, entrega de resultados, algunos laboratoristas y radiólogos, es pésimo y con malos modos.
Además no son inclusivos, recordemos que ser inclusivos, no es tratar igual a todos. Sino dar a cada uno lo que necesita. Deberían considerar una fila prioritaria para adultos mayores, bebés y niños, para ésta población es muy difícil el tiempo de espera en filas tan largas.
At Los Reyes Branch, the treatment of cashiers, delivery of results, some laboratory technicians and radiologists, is terrible and bad manners.
In addition they are not inclusive, let us remember that being inclusive is not treating everyone the same. But give everyone what they need. They should consider a priority line for older adults, babies and children, for this population it is very difficult to wait in such long lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar solo se requiere paciencia en especial en ultrasonido, densi , luego hay muchísimos pacientes pero si llegan desde las 6 de la mañana y saldrán rápido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima Dra. de Nutricion y organizacion. Tenia cita hoy 12:00 y 12:20 para mis hijas (llegamos 12:00), a la 1:00 llego otra paciente y la pasaron directo. La doctora dijo que se asigna otra ficha segun se activa el ticket por lo que fuimos a caja a comentar que ya teniamos una hora de espera.
El día 25 se hizo el pago de las citas (4 citas ya que ese día fui con mi hija pequeña) haciendo incapie que las quería para el día 30 de Abril ( nunca mencionaron que no se podía hacer el pago con anticipación), razón por la que nos dejaron al final.
Nos dijeron que podíamos esperar ( no le dieron importancia) o pedir devolución y por cuestiones de nuestro tiempo optamos por la segunda.
Terrible Dr. of Nutrition and organization. I had an appointment today at 12:00 and 12:20 for my daughters (we arrived at 12:00), another patient arrived at 1:00 and they passed her directly. The doctor said that another card is assigned as the ticket is activated, so we went to the cash register to comment that we already had an hour to wait.
On the 25th the payment of the appointments was made (4 appointments since I went that day with my little daughter) making it clear that I wanted them for the 30th of April (they never mentioned that the payment could not be made in advance), reason why the one they left us in the end.
They told us that we could wait (they didn't give it importance) or ask for a refund and due to our time we opted for the second.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención en el área de laboratorio, una actitud que no dan ganas de regresar, no tienen el cuidado para sacar las muestras de sangre, y nula atención para una persona con discapacidad. Tuve que reportar la sitúacion con la encargada, ya que no estaba la gerente.
Honestamente es mucho mejor la atención de la sucursal Cuauhtémoc (la que se encuentra sobre Fray Servando)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La graduación de mis lentes estaba mal y tuve que regresar nuevamente pero la persona que me atendió me dijo que estaba bien realmente no hizo nada para checar nuevamente la graduación. Las señoritas del laboratorio atienden mal. Y la que me atendió en caja se quedó con 10 pesos porque no tenía cambio, aunque me hizo esperar .
The prescription of my glasses was wrong and I had to go back again but the person who attended me told me that it was fine, he really did nothing to check the prescription again. The ladies of the laboratory serve poorly. And the one who attended me at the checkout kept 10 pesos because she had no change, although she made me wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he ido ahí a hacer mis estudios y a inicios de mes fui a hacerme una densitometría y me dieron el resultado de alguien más pero con mi nombre. Fui a otra sucursal y el resultado fue totalmente diferente, qué lastima parecía un buen laboratorio, tengan cuidado. Llamé para quejarme, me tomaron los datos y según se comunicarían conmigo y sigo esperando según en 24 horas pero ya pasaron como 5 días. Muy mal servicio.
