El centro de atención a clientes eficaz, puntual y orienta sobre el seguimiento de estudios. La mayoría de estudios se dan el mismo día y los demás se pueden descargar desde su portal. En sucursal Coyoacán que he visitado falta poner accesibilidad para personas mayores.
Very good laboratory option with quite affordable prices. In general, good treatment at the Coyoacán branch. The customer service center is efficient, punctual and provides guidance on the follow-up of studies. Most studies are given the same day and the others can be downloaded from their portal. In the Coyoacán branch that I have visited, there is a lack of accessibility for the elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con gran variedad de estudios a un precio muy accesible. El único problema es que aunque tengas cita programada no respetan tu horario, llegas a sucursal 15 min antes tal como se indica en las instrucciones de tu estudio y te terminan pasando a la hora que quieren.
They have a wide variety of studios at a very affordable price. The only problem is that even if you have a scheduled appointment they do not respect your schedule, you arrive at the branch 15 minutes before as indicated in the instructions of your studio and they end up letting you in at the time they want.

Sacar la cita desde Internet fue muy fácil
Al llegar sí había mucha gente y toca hacer fila en el sol antes de sacar turno (ese aspecto puede mejorar)
Todo lo demás muy bien: excelente atención en cajas y en la prueba, las señoritas muy amables y atentas.
Si cuidan que exista sana distancia, limpieza y atención.
Mis resultados tardaron una hora y media y los enviaron por WhatsApp
