About Salud Digna

Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.

Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.

En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

Al llegar a la clínica la atención es inmediata, el lugar es muy limpio y el personal muy amable. El personal de ultrasonidos están muy capacitados, van explicando paso a paso las imágenes, indicaciones y otorgan asesoría a futuro. Está muy limpio el lugar, utilizan material estéril para protección a los equipos y lo cambian con cada paciente. I	IDALIA MAYAHUEL MARTINEZ TORRES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que voy, la 1ra por qué mi mamá acudió, y está vez me tocó a mí, es más rápido pasar si llevas cita de lo contrario hay que llegar 6:30 am, yo pasé a laboratorio y a papánicolao y no tarde ni 40 minutos, en automático los químicos te llaman ya que están enlazados en la red, no hay pierde de yo llegue primero etc. los resultados se solicitan con el tiket a tu wap, correo ó la página, el resultado de papánicolao me lo entregan en 5 días, y el ego me lo entregaron a medio día por línea, muy amables todo el personal, se me hizo muy confiable y económico, lo recomiendo, 100% confiable en cuanto a mi persona. Y la espera si no llevas cita es relativa la primera vez hice cita y llegué 20 para las 7 y ya había como 20 personas pero aún así tarde como una hora en pasar, y en cuanto cita en linea, si no hay personas delante de ti pasas inmediato, presentando tu folio. Por la situación de covid tienen mucha demanda ya que tienen precios más accesibles a diferencia de otros laboratorios. Tenía una cita en horario de 1:45 PM, para que yo pudiera pasar a mis estudios tardó aproximadamente 40 minutos. En la parte de afuera no tienen cubierta por lo mismo las personas se desesperan ya que no se pueden proteger del sol. Están actualizados en equipamiento de servicio al cliente. Y su sistema bot vía WhatsApp es muy rápido. Laboratory with enough space. Care is good The service is really fast. My partner and I went here to inquire about a test, and were told to come back in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later we came back and they told us to return in an hour and a half. When we returned, they had us wait in a separate line for walk-ins. A long line formed behind us for both people with appointments and walk-ins, and the staff allowed everyone in except us. We continued to wait patiently for 40min in the hot sun and I finally asked how much longer we could expect to wait. I was told that everyone behind us would be allowed in before us, and they did not have time for walk-ins. Total waste of time.

However, the reason i gave 3 stars is because if you come with your child, first you get a ticket, pay for both and do your child's COVID test, and then you go BACK to the waiting room, get another ticket, and go back for your own COVID test. This makes no sense. They should do mother and baby at least together so both can do their test at the same time. It makes no sense to wait 2x the time (or 3x - 4x if you have more children).
