Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores sucursales que tiene, la persona que atiende para cobrarte los estudios distraída en exceso, le pedí todos los estudios que necesitaba y solo me cobraba uno y cuando le decía de su error me. Hacía formarme nuevamente. Para un ultrasonido personal poco calificado además de esperar 2hrs para que lo realizarán me termine retirando ya que no es posible que estén capacitando a personal durante la toma de estudios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que he visto en un laboratorio, a pesar de tener cita y pago en línea para evitar contacto, me hicieron esperar 35 minutos para reimprimir el pago y pasar a la toma de muestra, y todo el tiempo con la sucursal llena, gente tosiendo y con cubrebocas mal puesto, eso no es tener medidas de sanidad. Además, dieron turno a personas sin cita y que no habían pagado en línea, a pesar de que la página de internet indica que no se aceptan estás condiciones en la clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salud Digna, es un laboratorio médico con costos bastante asequibles para la mayor parte de la población en la CDMX. El trato al cliente no es el adecuado, desde un guardia de seguridad entrometido, cajeras (sin servicio bancario) apáticas y asistentes médicos que asumen que ya sabes que hacer en tu primera visita; realmente tiene mucha gente por los precios bajos y la oferta de servicios.
Por otra parte, ofrecen servicio digital para consultar resultados, un Chat-Bot que no entiende, no sirve y simplemente no envía respuesta; en mi caso, llevo un mes esperando mis resultados, pero eso sí, por WhatsApp te mandan publicidad innecesaria.
Vayan con tiempo ya que las filas son largas, no hay estacionamiento y tampoco hay una rampa de acceso para silla de ruedas cercano, ¡cuidado con la ciclovía! que pasa frente a la puerta de acceso y no hay personal para brindar asistencia.
Salud Digna is a medical laboratory with quite affordable costs for most of the population in CDMX. The customer service is not adequate, from a nosy security guard, listless cashiers (without banking service) and medical assistants who assume you already know what to do on your first visit; it really has a lot of people because of the low prices and the offer of services.
On the other hand, they offer a digital service to consult results, a Chat-Bot that does not understand, does not work and simply does not send a response; In my case, I've been waiting for my results for a month, but yes, they send you unnecessary advertising on WhatsApp.
Please be early as the lines are long, there is no parking and there is also no wheelchair access ramp nearby, watch out for the bike lane! that passes in front of the access door and there are no staff to provide assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saque cita para una radiografia y fue bastante dificil, pero una semana despúes por telefóno pude hacer mi cita. El lugar estaba limpio y aunque tuve que hacer fila fue bastante rápido. Los precios son bastante accesibles en comparacion a otros laboratorios, y tienen una gran variedad de servicios ( te recomiendo ir a su página oficial para mas informacion).
Despues de pagar todo fue rápido y solo estuve alrededor de 20 minutos en total, me entregaron mis resultados de un dia para otro y la persona que me atendio respondio a cada una de mis preguntas y dudas. Se requiere cubrebocas para entrar y te toman la temperatura.
Recomendaciones; estrictamente recomiendo hacer cita ya que no te atienden si no llevas cita.

The prices are quite affordable compared to other laboratories, and they have a wide variety of services (I recommend you go to their official website for more information).
After paying everything was fast and I was only around 20 minutes in total, they gave me my results from one day to the next and the person who attended me answered each of my questions and doubts. Masks are required to enter and they take your temperature.
Recommendations; I strictly recommend making an appointment since they do not attend you if you do not have an appointment.
