★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los laboratorios son muy buenos pero, en el área de optometría el servicio deja mucho que desear, saque turno y nunca me llamaron, cuando fui a preguntar porque me dijeron que tenía que volver a tomar un turno porque ya estaba cancelado y OJO ni siquiera tenían personas esperando para dicho estudio.
La señorita que estaba en el mostrador de anteojos en lugar de tener un trato servicial y cordial que es lo que distingue a este laboratorio se muestra grosera e indiferente.
Fuera de esta "pequeña" observación, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.
 The laboratories are very good but, in the optometry area the service leaves much to be desired, I took an appointment and they never called me, when I went to ask because they told me that I had to take an appointment again because it was already canceled and EYE they didn't even have people waiting for said study.
The lady who was at the glasses counter instead of having a helpful and cordial treatment that is what distinguishes this laboratory is rude and indifferent.
Outside of this "little" observation, everything else was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el día de hoy acudimos a sacar un ultrasonido y el tipo de la puerta se portó de lo peor, se les paga por sus servicios no es de gratis, deverian cuidar más a sus clientes.
Terrible service today we went to get an ultrasound and the guy at the door behaved the worst, they are paid for their services, it is not free, they should take better care of their clients.

Del lado de papanicolu salió una señorita diciendo que tiene más de 20 estudios por hacer y que no tiene la capacidad de atender a tantos entre papanicolu y electro... Que nos quejemos con quien queramos pero que el laboratorio no hace nada
How awful... I have been waiting for 45 minutes for an electrocardiogram in the office, there was no one doing them... A lady came out from the pap smear saying that she has more than 20 studies to do and that she does not have the capacity to attend to so many between papanicolu and electro... That we complain to whoever we want but that the laboratory does nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la epoca mas critica de la pandemia podías ver la fila de personas que daba vuelta a la calle. Y las pruebas de laboratorio que no son de covid son rápidas y económicas, como mencionaron en otros comentarios la óptica no es su fuerte, los lentes son caros y no te ajustan bien la graduación.
In the most critical time of the pandemic, you could see the line of people that turned into the street. And the laboratory tests that are not covid are quick and cheap, as mentioned in other comments, optics are not their strong point, the glasses are expensive and the prescription does not fit you well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al ser una cadena de laboratorios es de esperarse la calidad. Aunque fue grata mi sorpresa al ver que los precios son accesibles a todo público, y la cantidad de exámenes que se pueden hacer es considerablemente alta.
Por las mañanas entre semana suele estar despejado, aunque el fin de semana si hay fila.
