Venden pruebas y ofrecen un tiempo de entrega, y luego por whatsapp andan cambiando los tiempos y las condiciones de entrega con mensajes automatizados sin asumir responsabilidad por los daños y perjuicios que ocasionan, tanto con los cambios como con la información y noticias que envían por mensajería.
No tienen sensibilidad hacia los clientes y su personal carece de capacidad de resolver los problemas creyendo que con la sola devolución del dinero resuelven los daños causados.
Tampoco avisan que son una sucursal recolectora de muestras y que los estudios se hace en otras sedes o ciudades con lo cual se exponen al riesgo de incumplir con los clientes.

They also do not warn that they are a branch collecting samples and that the studies are being carried out in other locations or cities, thereby exposing them to the risk of non-compliance with customers.
