About Salud Digna Naucalpan
Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención del personal, se supone que uno viene a estás clínicas por ser particulares y ser tratados con amabilidad ya que se está pagando por un servicio. Además que me tocó que no respetaron mi hora de cita, ni siquiera me atendieron después de dos horas de mi cita me dijeron que no había asistente para atenderme, entonces para que saca uno cita? No es posible que suceda esto?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hice la prueba de antígenos, agendar por internet es sencillo y al llegar, me pasaron rápido aunque a los laboratorios no fueron tan puntuales como exigieron al momento de agendar.
Algo terrible es que afuera siempre hay mucha gente que quiere pruebas entonces eso puede ser peligroso por contagios.
Lo que me sorprendió es la rapidez y eficacia al momento de la entrega de resultados, por WhatsApp y te entregan igual de rápido la traducción. Tienen un sistema extraordinario a un excelente precio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me realice un ultrasonido de embarazo allí, el doctor Paul O. super frío, parecía que no tenía experiencia ya que las tomas salieron borrosas; el doctor simplemente tomó las fotos que encontró rápido, no hizo por buscar una mejor toma. Todo empezó porque le dije que los otros controles me los había hecho en otro lado y desde allí me trato super mal. Para mi fue un terrible servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supero mis excepctativas, a decir verdad los habia prejuzgado, sin embargo en otro laboratorio me sacaron mal las radiografias (Lab Olab) y mi quiropractico me recomendo ir a Salud Digna mencionando que ahi sacaban buenos rx, asi que fui mas a fuerza jajaj, pero desde la entrada fueron amables, muchas cajas, instalaciones grandes y me atendieron super rapido, hasta los resultados los puedes consultar electronicamente y en el otro lab ni siquiera me los entregaron, aun cuando deje mis datos. Adicional a todo, el precio estuvo super accesible. Gracias SL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo para unas muestras básicas es de hora y media, la logística no tiene sentido, si vas a examen de la óptica vas a perder tu turno de laboratorio, el examen de orina lo hacen en otro turno entonces terminas haciendo tres turnos porque la logística es “ilógica” las que atienden en la óptica son groseras para atender, a la subgerente le parece normal que hagas tres turnos. Los exámenes no me llegaron completos. Lo unico decente son las instalaciones pero teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de tiempo que te hacen perder sin necesidad, de digno poco poco. Puedes estacionar antes del citybanamex por 15 pesos.

Llegué desde las 7, tenía cita, y pasaron a 10 personas antes que a mí. Y cuando le comenté a la chica poco le importó, me dijo que la lista ni en orden estaba, me hizo esperar más de una hora antes de que me pasara. Y el trato súper grosero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios accesibles pero si tengo algunas quejas. Fui por exámenes de laboratorio y de radiografía. En laboratorio la doctora fue muy paciente, amable, respetuosa y me dió mucha confianza. En radiología no fue el mismo trato, los radiologos muy frívolos y me apresuraron demasiado para desvestirme y ponerme la bata, pero una vez iban a tomar la radiografía me tuvieron parada más de 5 minutos esperando indicaciones, cuando terminaron lo mismo, parada como 2 minutos más esperando que me dijeran si ya podía vestirme. Ahora que necesito un nuevo estudio de radiografía, me entero que ya no tienen máquina y quién sabe si volverán a dar el servicio o de plano ya no

A mi niña le tomaron muestra de sangre y de momento convulsionó, para mí fueron años los que pasaron, pero en realidad solo pasaron dos minutos de su convulsión y el doctor muy lindo la ayudó, las señoritas que toman muestras varias se acercaron. No sé cómo se llama el doctor, por mi miedo solo dije gracias.
