About Salud Digna
Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención el día once de mayo del 2022 acudí al servicio de optometría para solicitar unos lentes comentando la necesidad de una nueva graduación ya que los lentes que uso ya no me funcionan y necesito más aumento expliqué claramente mis necesidades para que se me hicieran correctamente y hoy que los recogí me los probé antes de retirarme y veía todo distorsionado pasé con el optometrista otra vez y le comenté que veía distorsionado que no me servía esos lentes me contestó había ocurrido un error que era raro porque el recordaba que yo quería unos progresivos pues tiempo y dinero perdido no me solucionaron nada ni reembolso ni pagando la diferencia para que me volvieran hacer otros lentes estoy muy molesta por gente incompetente e irresponsable me quedé con unos lentes que no me sirven para nada y solo regalé mi dinero que poca seriedad y mala atención .pongan alguien que de solución a las quejas y por cierto no merecen ninguna estrella por su pésimo servicio de optometría
 Terrible attention on May 11, 2022 I went to the optometry service to request some glasses commenting on the need for a new prescription since the glasses I use no longer work for me and I need more magnification I clearly explained my needs so that they were made correctly and today when I picked them up I tried them on before retiring and I saw everything distorted I went to the optometrist again and I told him that I saw distorted that those lenses did not fit me he answered me there had been an error that was strange because he remembered that I wanted progressive ones well wasted time and money they did not solve anything for me neither reimbursement nor paying the difference so that they could make me other glasses again I am very upset by incompetent and irresponsible people I was left with some glasses that are useless to me and I just gave away my money that little seriousness and bad attention. put someone who solves the complaints and by the way they do not deserve any star for their lousy optometry service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque la atención es muy buena y los precios son justos comparados con otros laboratorios de este tipo, la realidad es que tardan demasiado en atenderte, pasó una hora para que pudieran atenderme después de mi cita, así que vayan con mucho tiempo, con mucha paciencia y con un paraguas o algo para cubrirse del sol, ya que por la pandemia la fila se hace sobre la calle y el sol está a todo lo que da.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, compré unos lentes y comenté que seguía viendo borroso y a fuerza querían que me los quedará, a pesar que mis lentes anteriores tenían otra graduación y yo veía mejor con esos que con los de ellos, jamás quisieron rectificar, me hicieron dar 6 vueltas sin darme una solución, y el colmo fue que para aplicar su garantía, tuve que tolerar un trato cero agradable, estoy totalmente decepcionada... Si pudiera dar cero estrellas esa sería su calificación
Terrible experience, I bought some glasses and commented that my vision was still blurry and by force they wanted me to keep them, despite the fact that my previous glasses had a different prescription and I saw better with those than with theirs, they never wanted to rectify, they made me go around 6 times without giving me a solution, and the last straw was that to apply their guarantee, I had to tolerate zero pleasant treatment, I am totally disappointed... If I could give zero stars that would be their rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy limpio, todo muy ordenado, muy moderno. Nos atendieron muy rápido y eficientemente. Los precios son muy económicos. Sería bueno que tuviera más estacionamiento, pues simplemente no es suficiente pero aún así vale la pena. Seía bueno haber exactamente que estudios están disponibles en cada sucursal.
A very clean place, everything very neat, very modern. We were attended to very quickly and efficiently. The prices are very cheap. It would be nice if it had more parking, it just isn't enough but it's still worth it. It would be nice to have exactly what studios are available at each branch.

It was a bit farther away, about 25-30 min Uber ride from the Roma area. But it was the lowest price that we could find ($59CDN per test).
You can also book online. They had a lot of appointment slots. The process was relatively easy, fast and convenient.
The clinic was clean, organized, and had some English speaking staff.
We waited about 5-10 mins. The whole process took maybe 20 mins max.
You get your results via WhatsApp.
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiance and I had a great experience here getting our PCR tests. It was definitely hard to figure out where we should go in Mexico City, 72 hours before our flight back to Canada.
Unfortunately there's not a Salud Digna any closer to where we were staying in La Condesa/Roma area. The closest was Cayoacan but unfortunately it was fully booked. We found lots of availability here and booked for the afternoon.
After a 30 minute Uber ride to get here, it took no more than 10 minutes for each of us to get our test. We were told that our results will come to us within 12 to 24 hours.
When we booked online it didn't let us put our country code in for our phone number with WhatsApp. But when we got here we could confirm the country code and confirm all of our details. You can also get your test results with the slip of paper after you're done your test and can access on their website.
We paid $850 pesos each, which was the cheapest we could find for PCR test in Mexico City. Would recommend going this route and saving a bunch of money then going elsewhere.
