About Salud Digna
Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una auténtica basura ya había tenido muchas experiencias buenas con esta empresa había comprado un montón de pruebas hasta 4 PCR y 3 de antígenos, pero hoy fui y sin ninguna explicación las personas que estaban ahí trabajando mala onda mala cara, personas que no quieren hacer su trabajo, me dijeron que viniera mañana aunque tuviera ya la cita pagada, un asco no vuelvo a comprar una prueba aquí iré por otros laboratorios que si les interesa el cliente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están bien, el flujo de personas está controlado, aunque hay personas haciendo fila afuera, en general sales rápido, sólo hay que pasar a verificar datos aunque hayas hecho pago online, por demanda lo mas tardado son las pruebas de antígeno para covid, de ahí en más muy fluido.
No me gusta mucho la recomendación para examenes de la vista, me llegaron resultados de una prueba que ni la realizaron, sólo porque les pasaron la orden lo emiten. Aún así es un servicio muy accesible.
The facilities are fine, the flow of people is controlled, although there are people queuing outside, in general you leave quickly, you just have to go to verify data even if you have made an online payment, on demand the longest is the covid antigen tests, from then on very fluid.
I don't really like the recommendation for eye exams, I received the results of a test that they didn't even perform, just because they passed the order they issue it. Even so, it is a very accessible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del personal de recepción y además se programan citas para el día domingo y cuando llegas te dicen que no hay servicio además de la perdída de tiempo la molestia que "les ocasionas" al acudir a solicitar su servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se hagan sus estudios aquí, a mi me dijeron que tenia una hernia en un ultrasonido de que me hicieron y nada que ver, aparte los lentes están carisimos y de baja calidad y para todo te tardan un buen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de el tipo que está en tomografía torres Landa , fui 3 veces a toma de estudio y por una u otra razón no me atendían , ya pagado el estudio!
Los valores de la empresa no comulgan con el , es un tipo arrogante y grosero , no portaba su cubrebocas bien y lo trae en la papada y moqueando todo el tiempo , no me sentí cómoda ni segura de hacer mis estudios hay y pedí mi devolución completa ya que tenía 8 días de haber pagado y no se me daba el servicio !
En general el personal bien , sólo qué hay tipos que no les gusta su trabajo !
Terrible service from the guy who is in Landa towers tomography, I went 3 times to take the study and for one reason or another they did not attend me, I already paid for the study!
The values of the company do not agree with him, he is an arrogant and rude guy, he did not wear his face mask well and he has it on his double chin and runny nose all the time, I did not feel comfortable or safe doing my studies there and I asked for my full refund since I had 8 days of having paid and the service was not given to me!
In general, the staff is fine, only there are guys who don't like their job!
