The receptionist is super arrogant, her job is to guide patients, she only delayed and hindered my appointment, she had a 4D ultrasound and told me that the ideal for me was another type of ultrasound, she postponed my appointment with the indication that I should drink water and when I had an urge to urinate, I went to the SPECIFIC office, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO CALL HER, I was there from 5 pm and at approximately 6 I approached her to tell her that I already had the urge to urinate, she asked me to return to my seat the urgency had to be from 1-10 to 9, I had to wait until I was almost done at 6:40 pm I told him I was ready I rolled my eyes as if he were doing me the favor of orienting me, when I come for a service that I am paying for and their job is just that, GUIDE ME. She told me that they were 10 minutes away from closing that to see if they would attend to me, she didn't even tell me where it was, another very kind worker from there helped me and told me that I wish they would attend to me, I thought that because of the situation the gynecologist was going to allow her to pass, when I was informing her that it had happened, she interrupted me and her assistant told me that they had called me, I never heard my name… I was sitting there for an hour and a half! She let me go to the office super rudely and when she started to perform the ultrasound she told me that her equipment had gotten stuck, that she couldn't attend to me and that was it, I wasted my time, my money and zero empathy and professionalism, I told her that they had given me the day at work to be able to go but that didn't matter to him, I didn't want to waste any more of my time but if it had been for him we would change offices or they would take me with the other gynecologist to office 1, I was in on the 2nd, terrible service at this clinic, my mother understood her pregnancy at the clinic and nothing to do with all the times we were super friendly, super accessible, always taking care of my mother's health, too bad this was not my case... They didn't even want to reschedule my appointment there!

My first time going, I arrived with an APPOINTMENT for some RX (Everything very fast), at the checkout they told me for $60 more you want a Densitometry, I thought it came from the same study ??‍♀️. (My ignorance) I accepted it and had to wait 2 more hours to go to the extra studio for 60 pesos more... ???. I WILL NOT DO IT AGAIN!! THEY SHOULD NOTIFY THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT RESPECTED!! ?. Fortunately, I had nothing else to do and I took advantage of it. ?. But it was a bummer.

Lousy service. The lady who attended me was rude in her responses and did not want to turn off the air conditioning for Covid19 pneumonia X-rays when it only took a minute to do so. First and last time I go to this lab. In addition, the person who attends the box did not want to prepare the invoice.

I love it, the person who attended me, was very kind, I was not hurt in any procedure, the cost is excellent, with its low costs anyone would think that it is dirty or very ugly but no.

It has many studios at affordable prices and the facilities are excellent, the only reason I do not give them 5 stars is for the attention, since they are a bit rude and do not explain or guide people well. The attention of the optometry people is terrible, zero friendly, you ask them something and they answer you as if they were going to give you the glasses, it is good that they "give you" the test, but their attention is terrible. Zero professional. In rx they were very kind as well as in taking samples. Another thing I don't like is that there is no use making an appointment and paying online if they make you train on the street anyway.

There are more than 80 clinics in 35 cities in Mexico. This location is in Queretaro in Pie de la Cuesta. I made my appointment online, it is cheaper to do so. They give you discount. There are very few people, you pass very fast. They have all kinds of studies such as mammography, pap smear, COVID, optometry, ultrasound, blood tests. Frames for glasses. Anyway. Several studios at a very good price. The place is very clean, the staff are very professional, the machines are first class. Everything's fine. Very highly recommended. Even lower prices in October for women's studies.
