Por el precio que pague para el baño, corte de pelo (en zonas sugeridas por el Veterinario), revisión de uñas y ojos se me hizo aceptable, pero al entregarlo no vi gran diferencia, el perro no olía a limpio y aún se sigue rascando como si tuviera pulguitas. Mi mascota fue entregada por unos jóvenes, pero NO el veterinario, me hubiera gustado hablar con El. Por cuestiones de trabajo, no he podido regresar para hablar con el Doctor, y aclarar mis dudas.
Con respecto a las instalaciones veo muy descuidadas las peceras y por higiene deberían quitar el papel que tienen como parte del ambiente, ya que tiene mucho polvo. El lugar donde bañan a las mascotas es muy pequeño, se requiere tomar acción en estos detalles para el mejor cuidado de los mismos.
The Doctor and the staff were always friendly. For the price I paid for the bathroom, haircut (in areas suggested by the Veterinarian), nail and eye examination it was acceptable, but when I delivered it I did not see a big difference, the dog did not smell clean and is still scratching as if it had little fleas. My pet was delivered by some young people, but NOT the vet, I would have liked to speak with Him. Due to work reasons, I have not been able to return to speak with the Doctor, and clarify my doubts.
Regarding the facilities I see the fish tanks very neglected and for hygiene they should remove the paper they have as part of the environment, since it has a lot of dust. The place where pets are bathed is very small, it is necessary to take action in these details for the best care of them.
