Hace unos meses le compré un equipo de sonido, al principio, antes de cerrar el trato, el vendedor se mostraba interesado en la compra, me enviaba mensajes y respondía a mis dudas. Luego de comprarlo, tuve dudas con el funcionamiento de mis bocinas pero el vendedor me contestaba de mala gana, se comprometía a enviarme información y no lo hacía, y también contestaba de forma pedante y grosera. Lamentablemente mis bocinas fallaron y no dudó el vendedor en culparme a priori y darme evasivas, me puse en contacto con la empresa que fabrica las bocinas y me dijeron que la falla era motivo de garantía, lo que presionó a qué se me hiciera un cambio. Cuando fui a efectuarlo el vendedor me citó a una hora y luego me dejó plantado, me colgó el teléfono cuando lo llamé para ver dónde estaba. Una vez que llegó me aludió de forma personal haciendo comentarios sumamente insultantes (tengo grabado lo que me dijo) y se mostró sumamente descortés. Si tienen otra opción eviten comprar aquí.

After buying it, I had doubts with the operation of my speakers but the seller answered me reluctantly, promised to send me information and did not do so, and also answered in a pedantic and rude way. Unfortunately, my speakers failed and the seller did not hesitate to blame me a priori and give me evasions, I contacted the company that manufactures the speakers and they told me that the failure was a reason for warranty, which pushed me to make a change. When I went to do it, the seller called me at an hour and then left me standing, he hung up the phone when I called him to see where he was. Once he arrived, he personally alluded to me, making extremely insulting comments (what he said was recorded to me) and he was extremely rude. If you have another option, avoid buying here.

Se molesta si le preguntas por el número de seguimiento del paquete, tarda semanas en responder o de plano nunca lo hace. Muy mal servicio al cliente. Quiere vender pero odia tratar con clientes. Siempre hay otras opciones antes de comprar en esta tienda, evita pasar un mal momento con este pseudo whitexican.
Terrible attention! The guy is arrogant, if you show him a little interest he will harass you until you buy from him, once you pay the process becomes a martyrdom. He gets upset if you ask him for the package's tracking number, he takes weeks to reply or never does. Very bad customer service. You want to sell but you hate dealing with customers. There are always other options before buying from this store, avoid having a bad time with this pseudo whitexican.
