★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO ADOPTES-COMPRES EN SALVANDO! Un asco de instalaciones. Venden animales enfermos, desnutridos, deshidratados y jamás te informan de su condición. Mi gatito tuvo diarrea y vómito, la supuesta veterinaria de salvando dijo que eso era normal!!! Tuve qué llevarlo a un hospital veterinario real, después de una semana internado murió (DIAGNÓSTICO GASTROENTERITIS, DESHIDRATACIÓN, DESNUTRICIÓN SEVERA Y DAÑO NEUROLÓGICO) GASTÉ MÁS DE $10,000!!! ME DURÓ DIEZ DÍAS EL GUSTO DE TENER GATITO
 DO NOT ADOPT-BUY AT SALVANDO! A bunch of facilities. They sell sick, malnourished, dehydrated animals and never inform you of their condition. My kitten had diarrhea and vomiting, the so-called salvando vet said that was normal!!! I had to take him to a real veterinary hospital, after a week in hospital he died (DIAGNOSIS GASTROENTERITIS, DEHYDRATION, SEVERE MALNUTRITION AND NEUROLOGICAL DAMAGE) I SPENT OVER $10,000!!! THE PLEASURE OF HAVING A KITTEN LASTED ME FOR TEN DAYS

El miércoles lleve a un gatito de 3 meses porque llegó a mi casa y no podía tenerlo aunque lo ofrecí con mis familiares y conocidos.
Hoy viernes traté de recuperarlo porque surgió un familiar que lo quería y me dijo Alejandra que primero lo abandonaba y luego me arrepentía
Cabe señalar que me pidieron arena y croquetas
Un familiar llamo para preguntar por su adopción y le cobraban $1900.00 por la adopción. Obvio no me lo quisieron regresar
No le invirtieron ni un peso!! En 48 horas que lo tuvieron

On Wednesday I took a 3-month-old kitten because he came to my house and I couldn't have him even though I offered him to my relatives and acquaintances.
Today, Friday, I tried to get him back because a relative came up who loved him and Alejandra told me that she would first abandon him and then regret it.

Aparentemente te sensibilizan para que te lleves a una mascota en adopción pero la cuota de "recuperación" que hacen no corresponde a la situación de los animales y el lugar. En muy mal estado se encuentran los animales y sumamente sucio el local. Basta con subir a la planta de arriba y comprobarlo.
Terrible attention from the person in charge of the premises. Apparently they sensitize you to take a pet for adoption but the "recovery" fee they make does not correspond to the situation of the animals and the place. The animals are in very poor condition and the place is extremely dirty. Just go upstairs and check it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, son amables y responsables con las mascotas. Los precios son adecuados y aparte, apoyan para dar adopción a las mascotas que terminan en la calle. Yo lleve a un perrito cachorro rescatado de la calle y apoyé en su cuidado, cuando estuvo listo lo recibieron y fue adoptado.
Good service, they are friendly and responsible with pets. The prices are adequate and apart from that, they support the adoption of pets that end up on the street. I took a puppy rescued from the street and supported him in his care, when he was ready they received him and he was adopted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace dos semanas adopte a una perrita en PETCO, y está fundación estaba ahí ofreciendo la adopción, la perrita tosía mucho y la lleve a la veterinaria de la fundación y solo la inyectó diciendo que era normal por el aire acondicionado, estuvo muy mal el fin de semana y la lleve a otro veterinario y sorpresa infección en pulmones. Y había otros perritos igual de enfermos, no es posible que si los ven mal los tengan ahí y no les den el tratamiento correcto. Es verdad que te dan perros enfermos, pobrecitos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We adopted our first dog from this spot. People who work here genuinely care for pets welfare & health. Attention is excellent & dog vaccines are decently priced. The smell could improve with some air fresheners or more ventilation.
