★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good store to buy groceries by huge amounts in order to get a lower price.
Price are good, but Members Mark has not the same Quality that other stores of this kind, however, is not bad.
Main difference depends on exclusive marks that are not sold elsewhere but here. Parking is only 5 pesos per two hours, problem is that there are lots of people in rush hours and weekends (15 and 30). Food may be better. The best part, is that it shares park lot with Walmart, you can buy huge quantities required in here, and little ones in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under the Covid -19 condition, this store looks with open spaces and safe distance between customers. All the products are well organized and no long lines on the counters. I would say it is safe to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice if you have a card. They have good products and some great cakes and pastries for parties etc. Good prices. They also have a nice outside cafeteria. My wife loves their hotdogs?. Easily accessible to wheelchairs and they have electric carts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer experience at Sam’s. We lost our parking ticket after paying ($5) they fine you $200 for that. So overall we spent $2500 in store and then we had to waste 30’ dealing with that. Very bad business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sam's club is great! It's big and bright! I have the one in Polanco to compare too which is usually dark and dingy. The service is also good a number of the staff speak English so if you need help your more likely to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very poor. They were really rude to my wife, especially the guy with the pony tail. They never answer the phone and don't give you any delivery updates.
