Sam's Club Cancún - 77500 Cancún

This Sam's seems to truely service small businesses. I saw few retail shoppers on a Monday at noon. I can confirm as of April 2021 they only take American Express from U.S cardholders. They will take USD but I was not sure of the exchange rate so we just used Pesos. Prices seem very comparable to U.S. with few benefits from the exchange rate.

Typical Sam's club. If your looking for frozen foods like pizza rolls or red barron pizza they ha e it. They have electronics, some housewares, and a few furniture pieces. Interesting to go wonder around and drop a few bucks.

Unfortunately this Sam’s club is a very sad place to go to and the closest to the hotel zone so you would expect the employees to be on their customer service game but they are not. Beginning with the fact that the manager is no where to be found when a problem arises to the useless ness of the other employees. The women act like they are doing you a favor and talk to you in a very short/rude demeanor. Instead of being helpful and resourceful. They DO NOT accept international payment and you have to have your picture on your membership in order to use it. Keep in mind that some memberships given in the USA do not have a fotograph and that’s just the way they are. None of the employees said thank you or your welcome even after you say it first they don’t answer you it’s so uncomfortable. Save your time and go to the other location in Cancun this is a definite no everytime I’ve been we have a problem and at the other location it’s so easy and nice.

This wholesale warehouse store has it all, good prices and stock. It is the most visited Sam's Club in Cancún. The food court is not their strongest shot but they have pizzas, salad, breaded chicken, Nathan's Hot dogs and drinks. If you run a convenient store, this is your best option as a supplier. If you have a Sam's Club membership card from another country, it is valid here to get access and buy stuff.

We came back to Cancun between the week of Feb 08,2022 to buy food for 400 plus families that in need away from the hotel zone. We spent more than an hours there and had spent more than an hours checking out at the register. They only except Amex card that We didn't have with us. We decided to pay cash instead, the bad news is they can only take $200 cash in US Currency and no more. We end up going to the local and exchanged money in peso in order to pay for the merchandise. This is our first time here, and our non profit organization name is call "Project Love". We definitely will be back and will be ready next time.

What's wrong with Sam's. Is nearly not as good as Costco. Very little organic selection ..

Hassle free shopping, well stocked, fresh produce and very good customer service. I like seeing that Sam's always keeps up with and even exceeds their competitor. Lately it became my favorite grocery store.

Really nice club. Excellent food court. Guy was in there frying doughnuts fresh.
