Great place to buy in bulk, great selection of products from food to clothes and cleaning products, you'll find what you need and can buy lots of it, you will need a credential to get in or wait until is open house either way is a good investment if you often need to buy products in bulk

I still wonder why we have to pay for the parking when we are there to buy. No real reason for that. Other than that the store is very good and always have good specials.

Sam's Club in a mall location, right at Galeria Mall, clean organized and friendly staff make it an enjoyable shopping experience. Then take a small walk and head over to the mall.

prices could be better to have more customers. there competition is a cross the street and has so much clients just because there prices are better. sells a lot of good stuff and is the place to go if you own a restaurant but, prices are a bit too high for buying in bulk

The worst online and store pick up service ever. I'm a habitual online buyer but this is my first experience with Sam's club MX online services.On their web portal I was unable to add my shipping address. I was showing an unspecified error so I choose store pickup, there are at least two Sam's club by my area. Arriving to the store I select the pick up kiosk wasn't working I enter the store and I was deny from the service using my Sam's club member card, saying that they need an official ID, ID that is validated on the process of acquiring or renewing a membership card, by luck I had my driver's licence in my car. I was told to write down my name and a note that i was receiving the product, my signature on an unknown document. I purchased 2 identical queen size sheets and I look at the first package and it was the right size, right color so I pick up both packages on front of me and my mistake was no checking the second one it was an incorrect size (double size). I notice this after arriving home and I call them but the published phone number is not being pick up not even by mistake nor the national 01 800 number.

Great prices overall. In the other hand the food court could be improved with their service and appearance.

I was looking for a deodorant and store did not had item I was looking for. Not good at all

Sam's Club is a good store for those Mexicans who are Americanized and love American items. This store just about have it all. Fresh and delicious.
