es cierto que tiene un buen surtido y variedad de artículos de ferretería y materiales de construcción, pero el servicio es deplorable.
compre varilla y entre ellos mismo no se ponían desacuerdo en si el flete era gratis o si no, lo que paso fue que me dejaron en la calle con mis varillas.
las personas que atienden son muy groseras ya que enfrente de mi familia se estaban albureando y hablando obscenidades, aparte de un tono desposta y descortés a la hora de preguntar por las cosas.
page un flete y tuve un problema para poderlo recibir el día que quedamos, y al solicitarles con 1 día de tiempo que necesitaba que se me entregara después me dijeron que no se podía y no les importo, lo peor es que ya me habían dicho que si y dé repente ya no quisieron y se noto que fue solamente porque no quisieron.
UN SIN FIN DE INCONVENIENTES QUE VIVI EN TAN SOLO 4 VISITAS, Y NO SOY EL UNICO QUE LE HA PASADO ESTO.

The people who attend are very rude since in front of my family they were showing off and speaking obscenities, apart from a disgraceful and impolite tone when asking about things.
I paid a freight and I had a problem to be able to receive it the day we stayed, and when I asked them with 1 day of time that I needed to be delivered later they told me that it could not be and they did not care, the worst thing is that they had already told me that yes and suddenly they no longer wanted and it was noticed that it was only because they did not want to.
AN ENDLESS INCONVENIENCE THAT I LIVED IN ONLY 4 VISITS, AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS HAPPENED THIS.

Por obviedad también tienen de calidad regular y de muy buena calidad para los clientes exigentes como yo. Tiene buena atención hacia el cliente y por cuestiones de la pandemia tienen su buena señalítica de sana distancia, uso de cubrebocas todo el tiempo y gel anti-bacterial.
