The food, people, atmospere was fantastic. Concierge service by Bernardo were outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were looked after immediately after inquirying about anything. The cleaning stff, were super. Dining experience was outstanding. Food for any tastes or persons. All staff from maintenance to cleaning grounds, wait staff always had a smile on their face. Made it very inviting and welcoming. Great for little people as well. Entertainment was fantastic at poolside and at night for all ages. Names we remembered. Concierge Service: Bernardo waitstaff: Genero, Victor, Alejandro, Ismaelto to name a few. LORE the Omelette specialty lady . A true Gem ! All in all..... a great vacation and a super experience!!!! The rooms are slightly dated, but, you only sleep in them. Plenty of poolside activities and tours and evening entertainment. Staff are all happy and and have a smile for you no matter how long your stay. We stayed for 21 days and enjoyed each one of them weather was fantastic .... blue skies daily.Beac was great to walk on.... picked up sea glass on our walks. Ocean was realized calm. And good for swimming in. It's a great place to stay for the value. Buffet and BBQ's provided had different nightly themes so the food wasn't always the same, soups were great, desserts ..... outstanding. Enjoyed this little gem and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great memories and time !!!! And it's only a short trip from the airport.

Every bad review you've read is right. They seem to add a lot of 5 star reviews with no comment, probably the staff or people working for the hotel. The rooms are motel quality at best. They smell bad, the sheets smell bad. Very outdated and old. The shower leaks water everywhere, the shower curtain is just a sheet with seams. The towals are old. Everything bad with the hotel is mainly its premises and rooms. They are very bad for the price. The staff is very nice though, gotta give them that. Except for a very rude waiter at the Mexican Restaurant (Ricardo). The food is not very good, but it could also be worst I guess. Wouldn't stay here again.

The service was great! The waiters and the cleaning crew really make sure you feel comfortable! Their rooms have mold! You can smell it when you turn on the A/C.

Staff are amazing and friendly, always asking if you need something. The food is very good. It's a Mexican buffet. And the Italian and Mexican à la cartes are amazing. The hotel itself is older, and small, needs some updating but very clean. The entertainment and the shows are so so. The beach and the pool are great.

We LOVE this place! As a family of 5 it's hard to find a place that fits all our needs but this is as close as they come. We get a suite which is perfect. The buffet and speciality resurants are really nice. If you get sick of the food its truly your own fault as it's always changing. Is it it place for singles and raging all night? Probably not. But family friendly and can't be beat location than it's a hardy YES.

The staff was amazing, they are all so very friendly and kind! Food was great too although the resort and facilities were very outdated. I had to change rooms 3 times because first there were bugs on the bed that bit me & my family also the beds smelled weird. The sheets get changed but I don’t think the pillows them selves get washed. There was rust and some black stuff on the night stands. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. There wasn’t very much things to do other than the water activities. Probably one of the worst resorts I’ve been to here in Mexico: The pool was falling apart like the tiles were all broken and you can easily cut yourself on it. Not much events and even when there is not very bilingual

The resort is old and very tired. Upon arrival the front desk did not have our reservation. They spoke no English at all and didn't attempt to locate it until we reached out to our travel agent who worked on her end to get it resolved. The staff was somewhat friendly but the overall service was average at best. Pool tiles where flaking off, stucco on the exterior is pealing and basic maintenance items are not being taken care of which makes the whole resort feel like it has been overlooked for some time. The food was decent but lacked anything special. The mask policy was very frustrating. At one snack area you would be turned away for not wearing a mask only to return 10 minutes later to see they no longer required a mask.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, courteous and helpful, always with a smile on their face. They remember the drinks you like, and will have one ready for you when your finished your drink. They have activities during the day and entertainment during the evenings. The activities guys were great and remembered my sons names, calling them up to participate. The good was average but good. The rooms were older, but comfortable. The maids would come around in the evening to offer lollipops to everyone, and the fridge was always stocked with water and sodas. The beach was excellent and clean, as was the pool. If your looking for a attentive all inclusive hotel i would recommend this place, they were super friendly and helpful.
