★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cero recomendable, no saben nada sobre el tema médico, no tienen expediente médico de los pacientes, todo el hospital está infestado de moscas, cero limpieza, las "Dras" parecen pasantes o peor que pasantes, cero recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace dos semanas mi mamá tuvo un accidente y necesitábamos atención de un ortopedista para revisarla y de última opción fuimos a este "hospital", la atención por teléfono y personal es PÉSIMA, el lugar es horrible, con espacios insuficientes y sucio para ser un hospital, mi mamá estaba sentada en la "sala de espera" en una banca frente a la puerta de los sanitarios a lado de su impresora, pasó una enferma y por "accidente" la pateó (mi mamá traía lastimado el pie) y ni siquiera pidió una disculpa solo se rió, no hizo NADA reclamé y solo así pidieron una disculpa. La consulta costó $800 con el especialista, le pusieron UNA BENDA y su costo fué de 800, no sé que más honorarios agregaron pero la cuenta final fueron $2000. El lugar es viejo, descuidado y hay hospitales/clínicas/etc. del gobierno mejores. Regresamos 2 semanas después para la revisión, la dieran de alta, le quitaran la benda y el especialista había cancelado sus citas un día antes y nadie nos avisó. HORRIBLE ni por urgencia volvemos a ir, no lo recomiendo en NADA. No le pondría ni una estrella :) busquen otras opciones.
Two weeks ago my mother had an accident and we needed an orthopedist's attention to check it and as a last resort we went to this "hospital", the attention by phone and staff is PESIMA, the place is horrible, with insufficient spaces and dirty to be a hospital , my mother was sitting in the "waiting room" on a bench in front of the door of the toilets next to her printer, she passed a sick and by "accident" kicked her (my mother had hurt her foot) and did not even ask an apology just laughed, did NOTHING I claimed and only then they asked for an apology. The consultation cost $ 800 with the specialist, they put a BENDA and its cost was 800, I don't know what more fees they added but the final bill was $ 2000. The place is old, neglected and there are hospitals / clinics / etc. Government's best. We returned 2 weeks later for the review, she would be discharged, she would have her benda removed and the specialist had canceled her appointments a day before and nobody told us. HORRIBLE or urgently we go again, I do not recommend it in ANYTHING. I wouldn't put a star on it :) look for other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un año yo tuve a mi bebé llegué de dos hospitales incluyendo el GEA de tlalpan que por cierto por pandemia era pésima la atención, pero ellos me atendieron súper iper mega ultra recontra bien y la verdad yo lo recomiendo ampliamente, si efectivamente no tienen estacionamiento pero al menos ami me atendieron súper bien ?
A year ago I had my baby, I came from two hospitals including the GEA in Tlalpan, which by the way, due to the pandemic, the care was terrible, but they treated me super super mega ultra well and the truth is I highly recommend it, if indeed they do not have parking but at least they treated me super well ?
