En área de Diésel casi siempre está sin servicio o al menos así parece, por qué si atienden y despachan Diesel a unos y a otros no.
Me tocó el caso de que estaban sirviendo Diesel a un camión, yo necesitaba, estaba en la fila y cuando me tocó, me ponen un bote de basura enfrente para marcarme que a mí no me pondrían dieses, le dije a la señora que de favor, que ya había estado formado y que lo necesitaba, traía poco.
Me dijo solo los clientes esclusivos que cuentan con crédito con nosotros, le comenté que tenemos el crédito y me dijo NO TE CONOZCO y solamente se fue. Fue grosera.
Si estas son las órdenes que ellos tienen de parte del personal administrativo, necesitan mejorar el sistema.
A la señora cuando les ocasione un problema, le recuerdan que ustedes le dieron la orden de ser grosera.

He told me only the exclusive clients who have credit with us, I told him that we have the credit and he told me I DON'T KNOW YOU and he just left. It was rude.
If these are the orders they have from the administrative staff, they need to improve the system.
