★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sector está bonito con calles centrales amplias. El parque recortado y agradable, aunque el clima ayudaba mucho a ello. La fachada de la casas uniforme, sin variedad arquitectónica en el exterior, que es lo único que puede apreciar. Como en la mayoría de las nuevas zonas habitacionales, hacen mucha falta árboles en cada calle, fuera de las áreas comunes que ofrece el parque, y eso será lo que, en unos años, convierta esta zona en un comal para quienes allí habitan.
The sector is beautiful with wide central streets. The park trimmed and pleasant, although the weather helped a lot. The uniform facade of the houses, without architectural variety on the outside, which is the only thing you can appreciate. As in most of the new residential areas, there is a great need for trees on each street, outside the common areas that the park offers, and that will be what, in a few years, will turn this area into a comal for those who live there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es un buen fraccionamiento, hay tranquilidad cuenta con un "chapoteadero" para los niños y un salon de fiestas del cual los habitantes del mismo pueden disponer de el, solo se avisa a la administradora .
