Very bad technical service. They do nothing to repair your suitcase. Weeks go by without giving you some kind of solution even if you have the purchase receipt. Better to buy another brand.

Very very bad service. Shop at any other store except this one. They sold me a suitcase that they did not have and three months have passed and they have not returned it to me. The manager is never in the store. It cannot be that a brand how it is does not make returns
