★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un punto de venta ubicado convenientemente en la ciudad, los vendedores son amables, pero al menos la que me tocó a mí se la pasó persiguiendo me para darme los precios de todas las mochilas que toquė. Creo que la asesoría es importante, pero sólo cuando tú estás interesado en saber un poco más un producto en específico, no de todos los que hay en la tienda.
It is a point of sale located conveniently in the city, the vendors are friendly, but at least the one that happened to me was spent chasing me to give me the prices of all the backpacks I touched. I think consulting is important, but only when you are interested in knowing a little more about a specific product, not about all the ones in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo la sucursal de Isabel La Católica, ya que el personal es muy amable y te asesora hasta dar con lo que buscas.
Fui primero a la sucursal de Parque Delta, y el personal es muy amable, pero un fulano que al parecer es el gerente, al final te pone mala cara por preguntar sobre sus productos, y porque le dije que regresaba después en la quincena, se molestó y se portó déspota. Así que no le compré nada y mejor fui a la sucursal del centro en Isabel La Católica, ahí fueron muy amables y me dijeron que regresara cuando pueda. Regresé con ellos y compré una mochila a buen precio y me dieron garantía de dos años.
I recommend the Isabel La Católica branch, since the staff is very friendly and advises you until you find what you are looking for.
I went first to the Delta Park branch, and the staff is very friendly, but a guy who apparently is the manager, in the end it makes you look bad for asking about his products, and because I told him that I was returning later in the fortnight, he bothered and behaved despot. So I did not buy anything and I better went to the branch of the center in Isabel La Católica, there they were very kind and told me to come back when I can. I returned with them and bought a backpack at a good price and they gave me a two-year guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya dejó de ser Samsonite, incluso ya le borraron el nombre. Ahora es una simple tienda de mochilas marca patito como cualquier otra. Tenían a la competencia a un local de distancia pero ésta ya quebró y desapareció. Supongo que aceptan tarjetas.
It's no longer Samsonite, they even erased its name. Now it is a simple patito brand backpack store like any other. They had the competition a local away but it has already gone bankrupt and disappeared. I assume they accept cards.
