El servicio de la tienda es excelente, me gusta que al estar incorporada a palacio de hierro se tiene la posibilidad de tener mejores promociones a meses sin intereses. Acudi ya qué mi A52s de repente se cortan las llamadas, me recomendaron desactivar las llamadas por wifi y las llamadas de volte para mejorar mi servicio. El servicio fue muy rápido y excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, te dejan probar los equipos y todo, si cuentas con un dispositivo Samsung el técnico lo puede revisar sin costo adicional, mi celular sufrió un problema con el software y se lo reinstalaron gratis además de que limpio las 2 bocinas igual.
Honesto y buen servicio
Excellent service, they let you test the equipment and everything, if you have a Samsung device the technician can check it at no additional cost, my cell phone had a problem with the software and they reinstalled it for free, plus I cleaned the 2 speakers the same way.
