Te dicen una fecha de entrega y después te dejan en seen en Whats App y bloquean tu número. Pésimo servicio al cliente They never answer, the information or products you ask them give you half. They tell you a delivery date and then they leave you on seen on Whats App and block your number. Terrible customer service
E	Emmanuel Dominguez Bravo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se anuncian como centro autorizado de Samsung y no lo son. Revisen en la página de Samsung, no se dejen engañar. Hay muchos como éstos. Me cobraron carísimo y sigue sin servir mi equipo. They advertise as Samsung Authorized Center and are not. Check out the Samsung page, don't be fooled. There are many like these. They charged me very expensive and my equipment still does not serve.
A	Adrian Velazquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En verdad Pésimo, pésimo pésimo servicio!! Fueron a reparar mi refrigerador y no quedó funcionando el mismo dia, pero eso si me cobraron toda la reparación. Al día siguiente llame para que fueran a corregir el desperfecto y solo me daban largas y largas (específicamente el técnico Enrique), prometiéndome que irían el siguiente día pero nunca iba. Llamé directamente al Centro de Servicio y se lavan las manos; comentan que ahi solo canalizan a los tecnicos y el trato debe ser directamente con elllos. Pues desgraciadamente tuve que esperar mas de 10 dias para q porfin se presentaran a reparar lo que yo ya habia pagado. En verdad no recomiendo para nada este centro de servicio, es un asco! Really lousy, terrible lousy service !! They went to repair my refrigerator and it was not working the same day, but that's if they charged me for the repair. The next day I called them to correct the damage and they only gave me long and long (technician Enrique specifically), promising me that they would go the next day but I never went. I called the Service Center directly and they wash their hands; they comment that they only channel the technicians and the treatment must be directly with them. Well unfortunately I had to wait more than 10 days to finally come to repair what I had already paid. I really do not recommend this service center at all, it's disgusting!

Llamas para que te den atencion y seguimiento y NINGUNO de los individuos e individuas que te atienden te dan solución. NO DAN FACTURA, No tienen ubicación física, ni razón social. NO LOS CONTRATEN!!!!! SON RATEROS Y CAMBIAN CONSTANTEMENTE EL NOMBRE DE SUS PÁGINAS DE INTERNET. NO LOS CONTRATEN!!! THEY ARE NOT TECHNICAL, I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend them. They left my refrigerator worse. They charged me $2,800 pesos and did nothing. You call for attention and follow-up and NONE of the individuals and individuals who attend you give you a solution. THEY DO NOT GIVE AN INVOICE, They do not have a physical location, nor a company name. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND CONSTANTLY CHANGE THE NAME OF THEIR INTERNET PAGES.
