★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención pesima muy mal servicio por el personal que lo atiende, ni siquiera son centro de atención autorizado por samsung no querian entregarme mi equipo, porque segun ellos ya lo habian generado la reparación en 10 dias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peeeeesiiimo servicio !!!!! Mi televisión lleva mes y medio , nunca me hablaron para darme diagnostico , yo tuve que marcar una y otra vez , me pidieron $2000 pesos de reparación !!!! Y ahora no me los quieren devolver!!! Que no tienen dinero !!!! Son una pesadilla !! Por favor tengan cuidado !!!!

Se reporto el Viernes 29 de Marzo, diagnosticaron que el compresor estaba dañado y que vendrian al Domingo 31 de Marzo, se rectifico con la operadora y dijo que SI vendrian aunque fuera Domingo.
Vinieron hasta el Lunes despues de las 13 hrs. Ese dia el refrigerador NO QUEDO REPARADO.
llame hoy a las 18.00 y me dijeron que vendrian el Miercoles 3 de Abril.
El gerente de servicio NO DA LA CARA
UN SERVICIO PESIMO!!!
A PESIMO service
It was reported on Friday, March 29, they diagnosed that the compressor was damaged and that they would come to Sunday, March 31, they would rectify with the operator and said that they would come, even if it was Sunday.
They came until Monday after 13 hrs. That day the refrigerator was NOT REPAIRED.
I called today at 6:00 pm and they told me that they would come on Wednesday, April 3.
The service manager DOES NOT GIVE THE FACE
A PESSIMO SERVICE !!!

el servicio en un principio es bueno al principio ya que les das tus $100 todo cambia y en mi experiencia solo lo hacen para bajarte $100 ya luego se portan un tono de bajala a tu volumen y todavia se enojan si les marcas para saber como esta tu equipo no lo recomiendo ya que si reclamas directo a samsung te dicen que si es un centro autorizado pero que ellos no se hacen responsables por establecimiento ni su personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no es muy buena , tienes que llevar tu equipo completo de lo contrario te hacen regresar si te faltó(control, bocinas etc) para poder hacer revisión, son un poco lentos en atención y a pesar de que parece varias personas laboran ahí el servicio no es muy bueno no los tiempos tanto de revisión col costos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se comprometieron a confirmar reparación en 3-4 días hábiles. Ya van más de tres semanas. No hablan para dar un avance de la reparación ni contestan en sus teléfonos en los horarios que están abiertos. Pésimo servicio, no lleven aquí sus productos a reparar y mejor busquen otras opciones.
They promised to confirm repair in 3-4 business days. It's been more than three weeks. They do not speak to give a preview of the repair or answer their phones during open hours. Terrible service, do not take your products here to repair and better look for other options.
