★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia que un cliente podría tener, el dueño mencionó que el mismo día tenía el presupuesto y revisaba la televisión, pero no contestaba las llamadas y hasta las dos semanas se comunicó diciendo que ya estaba el equipo, he ido 6 veces a ver si ya está y siempre me dice "Nos sigue dando problemas el equipo, date una vuelta en 2-3 días", (cuando él mismo mencionó que ya lo había reparado), es molesto que no se tomen su trabajo en serio, jueguen con tu tiempo y no te hablen con sinceridad cuando se trata de algo que necesitas...ni siquiera contesta las llamadas y es agresivo cuando le pides resultados. El equipo está desde el 23 de mayo del 2020 y sigo sin recibir resultados favorables...
Como opinión personal y consejo a futuros clientes, no recomiendo este lugar.
The worst experience a customer could have, the owner mentioned that the same day he had the budget and checked the television, but he did not answer the calls and until two weeks he communicated saying that the equipment was already there, I have gone 6 times to see if that's it and he always tells me "The team keeps giving us problems, take a ride in 2-3 days", (when he himself mentioned that he had already repaired it), it is annoying that they do not take their work seriously, they play with your time and they don't talk to you honestly when it comes to something you need ... they don't even answer calls and are aggressive when you ask for results. The team has been around since May 23, 2020 and I still haven't received favorable results ...
As a personal opinion and advice to future clients, I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen a tiempo lo que uno lleva a arreglar, tengo más de un mes que lleve una pantalla y no son buenos de hablarte para decirte cómo va la compostura de tu aparato, y vas y aún ni siquiera tienen las piezas y para acabarla hablas al teléfono y jamás contestan, y la respuesta es que el técnico está solo y el no contesta teléfonos.
