Super bad the company, I sent my cell phone under warranty with a factory fault, suddenly my cell phone turned off the screen, only the screen, I never got wet or in a humid place I exposed it, I have not even a year with the cell phone, and they sent him to a laboratory that has multiple complaints from Samsung users and other brands, talk first to the technician who I really don't know if he is, his name is RICARDO LEDEZMA, and he answered me very rudely ignoring me and in the end he hung up the call, Then NICOLAS CABELLO answered me, giving me the number of special cases that they never spoke to me, they told me that in 48 hours and they did not speak to me until I dialed, and now EDUARDO PEÑALOZA answers me and he tells me that the only thing they can do is give me a discount, for a quote for a guarantee of damages that my cell phone did not have, all the bad comments that this laboratory has called SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER (TECHLAB) and that they pretend to be Samsung super bad service and why t All the comments are negative, it is not much coincidence that only I have this bad experience not only with this laboratory but with SAMSUNG. I have criteria and objectivity, I would not send a cell phone that I know when it is lost due to warranty. It is not possible that they do not listen to the Samsung user, you should listen and put a technician, or you take it for granted that you are in collusion with this laboratory to not make the guarantees valid. Hopefully and you would get in touch not only with me but also with all the users who suffer an indifference for your employees and your laboratory.

Terrible service, they don't understand the concept of customer service. They made me a supposed repair, which did not help, and then they separated.

Terrible service and eager to see the customer's face. I explain why: the technician, together with an assistant, came to my home to check the appliance that needed to be fixed (washing machine). After observing it for a couple of minutes and without removing a single screw, the technician told me that I needed to buy a new one. According to him, only one of the parts needed to repair it would cost -new or remanufactured- $ 9,000.00. I called a second service center. They changed several parts of the washing machine and gave it a full service for only $ 7,000.00. Now I realize why this Samsung Mexico Service Center is so poorly qualified.
