Super mal la empresa, yo mande mi celular a garantía con una falla de fabrica, de repente se apago mi celular la pantalla, solo la pantalla, nunca se me mojo ni en lugar húmedos lo expuse, no tengo ni un año con el celular, y lo mandaron a un laboratorio que tiene múltiples quejas de usuarios de Samsung y de otras marcas hable primero con el técnico que realmente no se si lo sea, se llama RICARDO LEDEZMA, y muy grosero me contesto ignorándome y al final me colgó la llamada, después me contesto NICOLAS CABELLO dándome numero de reporte casos especiales que nunca me hablaron me dijeron que en 48 horas y no me hablaron hasta que yo marque, y ahora me contesto EDUARDO PEÑALOZA y me cometa que lo único que pueden hacer es darme un descuento, por una cotización de una garantía de unos daños que mi celular no tenia, todos los malos comentarios que tiene este laboratorio que se llama CENTRO DE SERVICIO AUTORIZADO SAMSUNG (TECHLAB) y que se hacen pasar por Samsung super mal servicio y por que todos los comentarios son negativos, no es mucha coincidencia que solo yo tenga esta mala experiencia no solo con este laboratorio si no con SAMSUNG. tengo criterio y objetividad, yo no mandaría un celular que se cuando se pierde por garantía. no es posible que no escuchen al usuario Samsung deberías escuchar y poner a técnico, o das por entendido que estas coludido con este laboratorio para no hacer validad las garantías. Ojala y te pusieras en contacto no solo conmigo si no con todos los usurarios que sufrimos una indiferencia por tus empleados y tu laboratorio.

Pésimo servicio, no entienden el concepto de atención al cliente. Me hicieron una supuesta reparación, que no sirvió de nada, y luego se deslindaron.

Pésimo servicio y muchas ganas de verle la cara al cliente. Explico por qué: el técnico, junto con un ayudante llegaron a mi domicilio a revisar el aparato que necesitaba compostura (lavadora). Con observarlo un par de minutos y sin quitar un sólo tornillo, el técnico me dijo que necesitaba comprar uno nuevo. Según él, sólo una de las piezas necesarias para repararla, costaría -nueva o refabricada- $9,000.00. Llamé a un segundo centro de servicio. Cambiaron varias piezas de la lavadora y le hicieron servicio completo por sólo $7,000.00. Ahora me doy cuenta porque este Centro de Servicio Samsung México está tan mal calificado.
Terrible service and eager to see the customer's face. I explain why: the technician, together with an assistant, came to my home to check the appliance that needed to be fixed (washing machine). After observing it for a couple of minutes and without removing a single screw, the technician told me that I needed to buy a new one. According to him, only one of the parts needed to repair it would cost -new or remanufactured- $ 9,000.00. I called a second service center. They changed several parts of the washing machine and gave it a full service for only $ 7,000.00. Now I realize why this Samsung Mexico Service Center is so poorly qualified.

Their customer service and work was excellent. I came in for a battery replacement which was perfectly replaced. However, they wanted to charge extra, saying that my phone was not capable of a USB data connection. After testing that function and it worked without issue, I felt disappointed that they wanted to charge extra for something that was false. This is the reason why I did not award 5 stars.
