m	maria nuñez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi una cita para arreglar la lavadora de ropa que dejo de funcionar. Me comentaron que venían al día siguiente, lo cual no sucedió. Después de más de 5 llamadas acordaron venir una semana y media después.Lo cual no hicieron. Tanto tardaron que pude arreglar la lavadora por mi cuenta. Volvimos a hablar con ellos y acordaron venir dos días después a mantenimiento. Por fin llegaron a la cita y comentaron que querían cobrar 1000 pesos solo por revisión y que tenía que hacer otra cita para mantenimiento. I made an appointment to fix the clothes washer that stopped working. They told me that they would come the next day, which did not happen. After more than 5 calls they agreed to come a week and a half later. Which they didn't. They took so long that I was able to fix the washing machine on my own. We talked to them again and they agreed to come two days later to maintenance. They finally got to the appointment and commented that they wanted to charge 1,000 pesos just for a check-up and that they had to make another appointment for maintenance.

He decidido reparar mi equipo en esta sucursal por qué son distribuidores autorizados por Samsung, desde su página me canalizaron aquí, la atención en todo momento fue amable, me explicaron la falla y las posibles soluciones (tiene costo), posterior te dejan decidir si lo reparas o no, todo excelente hasta aquí, sin embargo los costos me parecen demasiado altos a comparación vs otras cotizaciones que realice, igual sobre dicha falla, siendo distribuidores deberían de tener un costo más accesible al público/cliente del producto, lamentablemente esto aveces nos orilla a ir con otras opciones y arriesgar nuestro producto! Hello! I have decided to repair my equipment in this branch because they are authorized distributors by Samsung, from their page they channeled me here, the attention at all times was friendly, they explained the fault and the possible solutions (it has a cost), later they let you decide if Repair or not, everything is excellent so far, however the costs seem too high compared to other quotes that I make, the same about said fault, as distributors they should have a more accessible cost to the public/customer of the product, unfortunately this sometimes shore to go with other options and risk our product!
A	Alejandro Martínez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues a mí no me fallaron con la cita, pero ya aquí en pleno servicio me cobraron más de lo que habíamos acordado, no traían su herramienta completa y la verdad los técnicos no se veían muy abusados, el 50% de las cosas que les preguntas no te la saben responder... No creo que existe una buena relación costo-beneficio, creo que es muy caro para brindar un servicio así de malo. Well, they didn't fail me with the appointment, but already here in full service they charged me more than what we had agreed, they didn't bring their complete tool and the truth is that the technicians didn't seem very abused, 50% of the things you ask them they don't know how to answer it... I don't think there is a good cost-benefit ratio, I think it is very expensive to provide such a bad service.

I brought my microwave oven to have it repaired and I left very satisfied by the price, 3 months guarantee and the fast delivery. The only downside I noticed was that some clients left unhappy due to bad communication between them and the technicians explaining the works to be done. Aside from that, everything was alright. A plus is that they sell home appliances and gadgets that they repair at a low price and with the above mentioned guarantee.

They sent me a whatsapp message saying the camera and the audio wasn't working and asking for me to pay extra charges for those to be repaired. I refused, and in the end all of those were working. I think they tried to crook me and charge me for unexisting reparations
