Si piensas llevar algún equipo y no cuentas con garantía, no lo lleves, solo iras a perder tu dinero, tiempo y paciencia. Pésimo servicio de atención del cliente, precios excesivos que para lo que cuesta mejor se compra una televisión nueva; aparte te quieren cobrar por todo, $650 de diagnostico,$50 por extravió de hoja de servicio (la cuál te debieron hacer llegar por correo, el cual nunca llego) actitud pésima de todos. Me arrepiento de haber contratado sus servicios, pensé que por lo que cobran iba a ser un servicio de calidad y fue todo lo contrario, para un trato así mejor tiro mi tv.

Me cotizaron la reparación de una Smart TV en casi 6 mil pesos justificando el cambio en su totalidad de la pantalla para hacerla funcionar de nuevo, se llevo a otro lugar y le hicieron la reparación por solo $1,500 pesos. No tienen honestidad ni ética.

pesima atención telefónica, te dicen que llegan máximo 3 días, hasta el 3er dia te llaman para decir que tampoco llegan, hasta el día siguiente llegarán, ese día que ya seria el 4to te dejan plantada y ya no te responden llamadas , simplemente desaparecen. y el trato telefónico hostil , y cortante

¡CUIDADO CON ESTOS ESTAFADORES! Grupo informática A/D solo se dedican a estafar a usuarios de las marcas que atienden. Lleve mi pantalla Samsung para reparación por un parpadeo y me dijeron que tenían que cambiar toda la pantalla, el costo era de $8,650. Ya repare la pantalla, solo tenia un cable medio suelto, técnicos estafadores! Imaginen si hubiese pagado esa cantidad para solo me ajusten un cable, mientras pague $650 para un mal diagnóstico! ?
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS! A/D computer group is only dedicated to defrauding users of the brands they serve. I took my Samsung screen in for flicker repair and was told they had to replace the entire screen, the cost was $8,650. I already repaired the screen, it only had a half-loose cable, scammer technicians! Imagine if I had paid that amount to just get a cable adjusted, while paying $650 for a misdiagnosis! ?

Pésimo servicio , al personal q está a la entrada ( mujeres ) les da flojera atenderte , pobres técnicos trabajan con el enemigo , arriesgaría mi pantalla si la dejo ! Mientras sigan conservando ese tipo de personal no le veo futuro a la marca aquí en Merida
Terrible service, the staff at the entrance (women) are lazy to serve you, poor technicians work with the enemy, I would risk my screen if I left it! As long as they keep that type of staff, I don't see a future for the brand here in Merida.

I'm not sure what they actually service. Certainly not service of the "Customer service" kind. Maybe I was in the wrong place, but it shouldn't matter. So I didn't speak the language very well, they didn't even try to communicate. As I was trying to leave - and order an uber - I saw my phone was at 5%. So I asked, politely, if someone would charge my phone for a few minutes. They said no. I thought maybe I didn't say it correctly, so I tried again. I even used Google translate while I could. NOPE. I mean WHY????????? I ordered the u ber. The phone died. I didn't now if they were coming. I didn't know where I was or how to get back to my hotel - not even the direction I needed to walk, though it would be over 5 miles to get there. And did I mention that I'm considered "elderly"? They were rude and callous and uncaring. So I don't know what "service" it is they're supposed to be performing, but I'd avoid them like the plague since they treat people like dirt.
