★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es mala y la tienda no tiene variedad de accesorios. Hay más fundas en un mobo que accesorios originales en la tienda, eso sí con precios elevados de productos que se pueden conseguir en línea mucho más baratos porque ya tienen años de viejos, como los galaxy buds pro.

Su servicio al cliente es muy atento y eso es lo que me gusta encontrar en las tiendas, ya que hay diferentes tiendas que no tienen un servicio al cliente igual de profesional que la Samsung Store Querétaro. Al hacer opiniones, las hago con toda la verdad, no es por quedar bien con la tienda ni tratar de ganar un premio con mentiras, lo que digo siempre es la verdad. #ServicioSamsung #DíadelNiño.
