Abraham, el trabajador que me atendió no supo responder ninguna de mis dudas y ciertamente no sentí que tuviera interés en atenderme. Al finalizar pedí factura de mi compra, me dijeron que en una hora llegaba a mi correo electrónico: 8 horas después tuve que hacer la factura yo mismo.
Terrible care I received. I bought a smartphone; from arrival I had to ask to be attended to. Abraham, the worker who attended me could not answer any of my questions and I certainly did not feel that he was interested in attending to me. At the end I asked for an invoice for my purchase, they told me that in an hour it would arrive to my email: 8 hours later I had to do the invoice myself.
