La atención es muy buena.

Su respuesta no tiene nada que ver con lo del problema del equipo que por el uso de aplicaciones cosa que no es verdad, la verdad dudo que sean expertos. Le quieren echar culpa a la telefónica por la red cuando es un problema del GPS interno del equipo en fin
The technical service leaves much to be desired, they want to see your face. Your answer has nothing to do with the problem of the equipment due to the use of applications, which is not true, I really doubt they are experts. What lousy customer service!!! I didn't get help for a problem with my cell phone, they only made a face at me and recommended that I take it to be repaired on my own, the individual didn't even listen to me... they shouldn't have people like that at the counter!!!!!!

Los empleados no saben nada de los artículos que tienen en la tienda.
Las dos estrellas fue por que fueron amables.
Samsung debería asegurarse que sus tiendas estén al 100.
Mejor vayan a Liverpool de la misma plaza, el empleado de samsung de ahí conoce a la perfección los productos y responde todas tus dudas. Ah y tmb me salió más barato el producto con liverpool.
To be a dedicated Samsung store they don't have stock.
The employees don't know anything about the items they have in the store.
The two stars was because they were kind.
Samsung should make sure its stores are at 100.
Better go to Liverpool in the same square, the samsung employee there knows the products perfectly and answers all your questions. Oh and tmb the product with liverpool was cheaper for me.
