I give it two stars only because one of ALL employees was kind, I went 3 different times in the same month, and super disinterested, rude, they only offered me help the time I was "better dressed", they don't have good knowledge to tell you which team It is better for you, they are not interested in making more sales since I had already bought a computer, and suddenly it occurred to me to make another purchase and even though I was there waiting for one of the 3 employees who could be seen to be talking, I had to go to one of them to give them to me. Bad service, I was disappointed as the attention of the apple store by far is much better. It does not make sense that they behave like this considering that it is December, where they could have a lot of sales, they are losing money due to their poorly managed employees, I was going to make a fourth purchase that same day but I decided not to do it because of the bad attitude, discouraged having to put up with such lousy customer service.
