★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo al llegar ninguno del personal te quiere atender, pregunte sobre la promoción del día del niño con los hashtag #ServicioSamsung #DíadelNiño y me dijeron que ya estaban agotado todo que solo les dieron dos cargadores y dos audífonos para su sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De mis experiencias entrando a distintas tiendas Samsung. Cabe destacar que la tienda que se ubica en Perisur es un peldaño mas arriba que esta.
Esta es la que más te sofocan a la hora de ver un equipo o probar algún equipo de demostración, el personal, suele estar checandote todo el tiempo y si preguntas por un equipo en específico, te dirán que lo tienen agotado.
Desconozco si el trato fue personal o simplemente no les fui lo demasiado simpático, pero en lo que le concierne no creo que se justifique el trato, no quiero generalizar a todo el personal pero es lo que me toco en esta sucursal.
Pd: Este es el equipo que quería adquirir y no me pudieron orientar, además que me tardaron demasiado en decirme que lo tenia agotado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the worst customer services I have experienced. The manager couldn't answer our questions about the refund policy (which we went to another palacio de hierro owned mall samsung and they made our refund without any problem) she had to call an employee for help, and the employee was very rude and unprofessional.
After telling us that they will not assist us, the employee told us to get out of the store, and the manager just allowed her to speak to us in that manner.
