Y es el momento que no he recibido mi equipo. Espero Samsung México compense de manera adecuada la falta de compromiso y falla en la entrega de productos promocionados y cumpla con los acuerdos realizados para sus usuarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre el 6 de Marzo un s22 ultra en preventa, con una fecha límite para que me lo entregarán el 25 de Marzo, hoy en día estamos a 3 de Mayo y no me han entregado el equipo, solo se lavan las manos diciendo que Samsumg no ha enviado los equipos y que no tienen fecha para cuando lleguen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Se compró en preventa el s22ultra desde inicios de marzo, con promesa de entrega a finales del mismo mes, ya es mayo y aún no tienen fecha de entrega, lo peor es que en otras tiendas si lo tienen y para cancelar comentan que tardan entre 30 y 45 días para el rembolso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en fecha 3 de marzo de este año realicé una compra de un equipo samsung s22 ultra en la preventa con la promesa de que me sería entregado en 15 días y es fecha que no me lo han entregado, haciendo incapie que tampoco he recibido ningúna llamada de parte de la tienda, al contrario tengo que estar llamando para saber algo y siempre dicen "samsung no ha dado repuesta".
Es muy lamentable que Samsung no pueda dar una solución, que llames y que no adie pmtengala capacidad de reportar dicha situación y sobretodo su falta de compromiso a sus clientes.
