★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de servicio al cliente, acudí por un cambio de mica para zflip, me indicaron en el chat de Samsung que tenía derecho a un cambio por año y la persona de atención a cliente me dice que el chat es de una empresa externa y que no tienen esa información, la actitud de la persona fue muy altanera y su única solución fue: "hay que cambiar la pantalla completa porque no hay cambios de mica" . Nefasto.
Terrible customer service, I went for a change of mica for zflip, they told me in the Samsung chat that I had the right to one change per year and the customer service person tells me that the chat is from an external company and that they don't have that information, the person's attitude was very haughty and his only solution was: "you have to change the whole screen because there are no lens changes" . Disastrous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff and they have some people there that speak English and French. The prices are comparable to USA prices but they have a large assortment of devices and accessories under 1 roof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has a good mobile phones assortment, but somewhat reduced in accessories (few colors and models for earphones and watches).
The services center has good attitude, but is pretty slow, even when have very few clients.
I have to wait for 40 minutes just to pickup a mobile phone and there were just 2 customers ahead of me, including the one being served.
