The few times I've gone to the emergency room, generally it's not bad for me if they treat me and do tests. The last time the doctor explained in detail the only thing is that they didn't admit me that because the emergency room is that I'm dying and well, I went with my pain they gave me something to calm it with my studies so I have to go to a specialist separately if they take a long time to provide the service and about the doctors they have for consultation if they make me sick I've been twice and they never find what I have in different specialties and of course not cheap

I found it to be an excellent service. They operated on my mom on a Tuesday night and she stayed since Monday night. They performed preoperative that night, at the end they gave her dinner and took her up to the room where he was waiting for her. We thought she would be discharged on Wednesday at noon, but her doc preferred to have her another day for observation. They released her until Thursday. They took time to release his discharge, but while we waited, they gave him his food according to his diet. The other appointments all excellent. The entrance staff super good. Every so often they came in to clean his room. Every 20 min a nurse came in to check on her. They were suuuuper aware of my mommy.

This hospital does not have professional ethics and if you comment on something that they do not like on Facebook, they block you from the page, it is a misleading place that tells you a price and lowers your hand in small letters, they want to charge you triple without you noticing

It's good that the staff has time to chat and have a coffee. We have spent an hour in the "emergency room" waiting for the night doctor to arrive and be able to attend to us. My mother has low oxygenation and they have not offered us oxygen. Same as imss but more expensive.

Previously I had come for an assessment and care for a condition that was clear from the specialty and I was satisfied with the service. However, this time it was not like that, I never had a certain diagnosis and the doctor's attitude was very indifferent as well as the proper physical examination was not performed. The diagnosis was apparently ruled out and yet no evaluation was requested by any specialty, they discharged me even with my symptoms and discomfort and it was easier to demand payment than anything else, so the admissions person was called to just defend the position of the general practitioner. While I was waiting I had to see a situation with another patient with another problem who was equally dissatisfied with the diagnosis and management and was discharged. I think it is better that before going to this hospital urgently they should think twice and go first with a specialty to congratulate everything. There is a deficiency of attention to patients and above all a lack of empathy and appropriate treatment for them.

The guards at the main entrance are jetones, rude and give their cue, you have to wait until they feel like serving you to check you in. Remember that it is the first image when you arrive at the hospital. There are a lot of nice people looking for jobs. Cross out.
