It used to be such a low cost clinic but it is not anymore. Regarding the quality of care, I am not going to refer to the clinic but to the specialists who attend there. If you want dignified, professional, attentive and humane care, the option is Vianey González; She performed a surgery on me that had complications but which she knew how to resolve so well that to date I have no sequelae and I am very satisfied. However, I went a few weeks ago for an emergency appointment, I noticed that they already expanded their facilities and parking. While that's fine, the attention sadly left a lot to be desired. We were attended by a doctor named Carlos, it took a long time with the previous patient and my mother was in a critical state of pain, we finally went in and due to the same eye problems the specialist could not do her routine check-up. The consultation did not last 10 min. The lack of empathy and the lack of listening of the doctor with the patient was evident, who told him that as a result of other diseases, she had severe dryness in her eyes; She didn't even let him finish explaining when he was already adding in his story the name of the medicine he would give him for "that." The consultation was so empty that we were not even told a diagnosis, no recommendation for studies or a second visit. The "review" was so fast that the same receptionist asked if they were only going to charge us for half a consultation, to which the doctor said no. The normal cost is $ 800.00. I will definitely not consider the clinic for another emergency, only for appointments with the specialist Vianey González.

I have had an unpleasant experience after a surgical process. They made an appointment for me at 10 am to follow up on my surgery, I spent 3 hours in the waiting room without attention or information, uncomfortable with my surgical vulnerability, until I felt the need to go to reception to request information and, despite the mistake made by the receptionists by not passing my data for review, they have not apologized or accepted their responsibility. I have lasted only a few minutes in consultation and, I have been told that they will notify an executive doctor to report said experience, which did not arrive. Their workers require empathy to approach the patient's pain and improve its quality.

I don't recommend it at all. I went two weeks ago and the waiting time was enormous, 3 and a half hours in the waiting room. It can be understood in part because I arrived without an appointment, but the problem is that since I entered, another 3 hours passed because a girl who had just entered attended me and checked me a little and then took me out of the office to go check data with the doctor. That happened at least 4 times, and when the doctor arrived, it turned out that I had no problem. By this point, about two more hours had passed. In addition, they gave me the visit exam and at no time did they open both my eyes to prove the graduation, so it was incorrect. On Saturday I went back to fix that and again it was a huge wait time, and after a mix up due to two doctors having the same last name, they made me wait like 40 minutes because they had "talked" to the person who told me I had attended before, and when I went to ask if it was a long time before it would be vacated, it turned out that it was in another branch and they had not even told him that I was looking for it or me that it was not going to arrive. By the time they finally gave me the test again, I had wasted a lot of time. Not to mention that I will have to pay again for the micas (which I had sent to another place) due to their mistake.
